    Carpe Diem-Absolutely splendida nuovissima seconda fila casa a Kings Lynn con vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia e il suono con facile accesso all'oceano situato dall'altra parte della strada. Ha scelto un posto da uno dei ponti anteriore o posteriore per rilassarsi e godersi l'incredibile vista sull'isola e l'acqua. Situato in una zona tranquilla di Kings Lynn, con ampie spiagge e molto poco traffico. Questa casa vanta doppi portici lato dell'oceano per sedersi nelle sedie a dondolo, lo sguardo sul mare, vedere la spiaggia e sentire la brezza del mare tra i capelli. I portici posteriore si affaccia il punto di vista del suono lungo raggio e le attività di natura legate. . . L'interno della casa è arredata con gusto in modo da poter lasciare tutte le vostre preoccupazioni alla deriva via e godetevi le vostre vacanze in tutta comodità. L'open space consente riunione di famiglia in tutto il piano di sopra. La sala da pranzo e camere familiari hanno vista sull'oceano favoloso quindi, anche da casa, avrete una vista impagabile. Extra da pranzo all'aperto sulla veranda al piano superiore di fronte all'oceano. Tutti i portici avranno molti posti a sedere per godere la vista sull'Oceano o il suono. Una camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore mentre al piano inferiore ci sono altri 4 camere da letto. master-1Q, BR2-1Q, BR3-1 doppio, BR4-1 matrimoniale e 1 doppia, 2 set BR5- letti a castello (4T). Il lusso, cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di un isola di 10 piedi con posti a sedere per diversi affamati. Questo bar isola è perfetto anche per i divertenti tutti i vostri amici per un buffet completo a portata di mano. La grande sala enorme abbraccia completamente il lato mare della casa. Le viste sono semplicemente mozzafiato. Ci sarà una biblioteca video, libri, puzzle, impianto stereo, lettore CD, e cavo esteso. Partenza Colf e lenzuola sono inclusi con un affitto settimanale. Let 'Carpe Diem' essere dove si è in grado di cogliere l'attimo. Non fumatore.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

Our family spent Thanksgiving at this lovely home. The location was perfect for fishing and walking on the beach! We really enjoyed the view of both the beach and sound from the porches.

Carpe Diem recommendation

Property was as advertised and the layout was perfect for our needs. Loved the parking arrangement. Beach access was easy. View of ocean wonderful from the shady, comfy top deck/porch. What a plus to have marsh views from the rear decks! Kitchen was well-equipped. May want to consider an upgrade for the coffee maker, though. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for us all to gather and enjoy being together to prepare meals. We loved the West Beach location! The beach has an easy slope, making it easy for the kids to enjoy the water and skim-boarding. Easy access to The Point. Outlets in the master bath and powder room did not work. The railing on the stars to top level is loose. One lamp in living room did not work. You may want to provide more instructions for tv operation. Other than these small quibbles,it was a great property.

Memorial Day

We had a very nice time at Carpe Diem except for the stairs. My husband broke his shoulder and had a hard time navigating the inside staircases. Railings were not available on both sides. The porches were great but the furniture was old. We did enjoy the outdoor dining set. The access to the beach was longer than we expected but the description of the property led us to believe it was right across from the beach.

My vacation

We had roaches. We had no TV for 48 hours, due to an issue that the owner had to straighten out. The air conditioner messed up and a window unit had to be brought out. The dishwasher was controlled by a switch that wasn’t labeled, so we had no idea until I called after hours maintenance. Still waiting to hear back from rental company if I will get any kind of refund. Hopefully these issues I experienced will help improve issues and problems for further guests!

Spring Break 2021

8 of us stayed at the home and it was a perfect fit. Love the quiet end of the island this house sits on. Views were amazing!

Awesome house.....

My friends and I had a wonderful visit. The house was great and had a great view of the ocean. A short walk put us on the beach. Plenty of room to for all and a great gas range really made the kitchen over the top.

Fabulous Family Week at Carpe Diem

Wonderful family time at Oak Island, Carpe Diem! Beach and house was fabulous! Wonderful view of ocean AND marsh with inviting porches to enjoy both. Loved the fact that the beach was not crowded and very little traffic. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Great location

We had a great week but I did have a few issues. The vacuum cleaner was the pits so there was sand on the floor constantly. The can opener did not work. The beds were not made and the comforters had not been washed.

Fell in Love with Oak Island

Our family had an amazing spring break at Carpe Diem! The beaches were very quiet, the views amazing, and the house very comfortable! We will def be back!

This house was a vacation nightmare. Upon entering, we found DOG FECES on the rug under the dining table. The bathrooms and the kitchen were filthy. The cleaning job was nonexistent or poorly done to say the least. Appliances were filthy- countertops, refrigerator, and microwave were not clean. The windows were so dirty you could not see the view. The toilets and showers were disgusting- showers caked with residue and the toilets had urine stains. The house is in poor condition, and the second cleaning crew was even appalled. For supposedly being 2 years old, the house shows a lot of wear and tear. Carpe Diem would be a lovely house if it was properly maintained. The kitchen is not stocked well and utensils, plates, and pans were scarce. We pulled out the blender and it was covered in ants as were all the cupboards! We were promised wifi and it took us almost three days to get it. Also, one of the beds was not properly assembled, which could have been dangerous. When we contacted Better Beach Rentals, we were treated rudely and they were non-responsive to our issues and frustrations. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told they were unavailable repeatedly. Every time we called management they acted like we were a nuisance, and there was never an apology for the deplorable condition of the house. They had our money so they did not care. I would NEVER rent from Better Beach Rentals again, they obviously do not know how to take care of their customers. Oak Island seems like a lovely vacation spot with great beaches but be warned if you rent from Better Beach Rentals. If I were the owner of this home, I would be disturbed to know that the management company was representing this home in such a deplorable condition.
