This second-floor condo offers a relaxing retreat for the entire family. Begin your day by sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the glorious sunrises over the ocean.

The kitchen is equipped with spacious wooden butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances and accented with white cabinets and a backsplash to make cooking up a coastal gourmet meal a breeze. Guests will find a coffeemaker, toaster oven and microwave for their use. The dining room table provides seating for six with two more at the bar.

The master suite features a king bed and private access to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean! The suite is separated by a large wooden sliding barn door that leads to the walk-in closet and bathroom area with a large vanity and walk-in shower.

The twin-over-double bunk bed equipped with a trundle is perfect for the kids. They can unwind after a fun day with their own flat screen TV in the room and plenty of closet space for their belongings. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, flat screen TV and ample closet space. Just down the hall is a full, large bathroom with plenty of space for sharing. There's also a washer and dryer for those you like to pack light.

The immaculate views are a central focal point from the large window in the living area, which is furnished with a large sectional and accent chair encircling a large flat screen TV. While lounging in the living room or sitting at the table off the kitchen, you can see the waves crashing, ships sailing by and the Oak Island Pier in the distance. You may even catch a glimpse of the local deer.

The downstairs garage offers convenience for locking up your beach toys and easily accessing them without having to haul them up the stairs. Rent a golf cart and bring your own plug in to charge your cart in the space! The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is refreshing for rinsing off after playing at the beach. Off the garage and outdoor shower area sits a large field for you to run around, toss the football or enjoy a picnic as the coastal breeze brushes by through the live oaks!

There are options galore for how to enjoy the day. Load up a beach cart and take a short scenic stroll to the quiet beach. Enjoy the large community pool, just down from the condo, with unobstructed views of the ocean skyline. Rent a bike or golf cart and explore the area. Hike throughout the beautiful local nature trails. Take a stroll down the beach to the Oak Island Lighthouse or pier and, if you get hungry, make your way to Duffer's Bar and Grill located in the Oak Island Golf Course Club House.

Historic Southport is only a 20-minute drive away, where you can experience the charm of bygone days. Walk, bike or golf cart around the quaint town while taking in the gingerbread cottages, Victorian mansions, moss-covered oaks and friendly shops. Enjoy lunch by the water while sipping your favorite cocktail.

After a fun day, unwind on the large balcony in an Adirondack rocking chair or enjoy an appetizer around the four-person table while taking in the expansive sunsets.

Condo's at Caswell Dunes allow two parking spaces - one located in front of the garage with an additional spot in the parking area. Looking to rent a golf cart to putt around the island? You can pull right into the garage for easy storage and access!

The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
