Great location, close to a beach access. Great for pets, very pleasant living area, well stocked kitchen. Must be brief due to limited characters: Rental company told us they could not get in touch with owners to answer a question we posed, we emailed multiple times and never got answer. Outdoor furniture mold stained and rubbed off on our clothes. Sheets on top of beds- had to make them ourselves, no starter toiletries provided. Could not watch live TV our whole stay, 1 night could watch Netflix after several minutes of buffering, night 2 nothing worked. Very pleasant and responsive management company, but could not fix the problem. Could not access the laundry, told after the fact there was a key hanging in the kitchen, but nobody saw key after a whole weekend of staying there, and there were no directions on fridge or email that I could find. Love the beach there, but very frustrating stay for us. Went home missing the Final Four basketball game and with a bunch of wet clothes. I was offered 100 good will in exchange for signing a compensation agreement that I will not disparage or make derogatory comments about the rental company or I can be sued 5000. My goal is not to disparage, but I feel it is important to pass along my experience in order to maintain the integrity of the VRBO platform. For this reason I did not sign the agreement and collect 100 for fear of my intended factual review being misconstrued as "disparaging."
