Bella, Oceanfront 5 BR, 4 bagni casa impeccabile con piscina privata! Incredibile vista mozzafiato sull'oceano !! Grande attenzione ai dettagli, grande sala extra large con vista spettacolare sull'oceano da ogni finestra. Piscina privata, doccia esterna, ampia cucina senza costi. The Kitchen Cabinetry rappresenta l'apice nella fusione tra design del mobile e legno pregiato. Il design tradizionale è arricchito da un pannello centrale rialzato non solo sulle porte ma anche sui cassetti, creando un ambiente europeo casual che è rinforzato con i pavimenti in travertino e ripiani in granito. I pavimenti in travertino opulento continuano nella sala da pranzo e nella sala Great. Grande suite padronale lato oceano con ampio bagno padronale. La casa dispone di 3 re, 1 regina e 2 doppie (letto a castello matrimoniale su doppia). TV LED extra-large in Great Room e TV da 40 "nelle camere da letto. La casa si trova in una posizione nostalgica dove un tempo si trovava il molo di Long Beach. Vista sull'oceano lato coperto portici, doppio ponte sul lato oceano, internet wireless ad alta velocità, doccia esterna, piscina e molto, molto altro ancora. Goditi una bibita fresca in compagnia di amici e parenti, mentre i bambini hanno il meglio di entrambi i castelli di sabbia sulla spiaggia e fanno un tuffo in piscina. Disappointed

I was disappointed in the house. It was not clean on the inside or the outside. The cooking pans were not usable. Not enough towels and washcloths for the number of guests. The outside decks were very dirty and the outside furniture was dirty. I wish I had taken pictures when we arrived but I was so disappointed i didn’t think to take them. Would never stay at this house again. Better Beach Rentals was very disappointing.

Our End of May Stay

Hi, just wanted to let you know that only two of the TV's in the house worked (the two king bedrooms only) We were surprised to find the sheets in bags for us to make the beds and the fitted sheet for the queen room did not fit the bed. The ice maker had reall problems, it fell inside the freezer everywhere and when we opened the door, ice went all over the kitchen floor.

Quick save of my vacation

Another rental company at a different beach declared the home I had rented "uninhabitable" two days before my vacation. I scrambled to find Utopia, and rescued my vacation. Property is excellent for a beach vacation with only a few issues: as noted in other reviews, if the home were at capacity, silverware and serving bowels would be at a premium. Could use more wine glasses and juice/lowball glasses, as well as pool-friendly glasses and coozies too. Otherwise, fabulous stay. Comfortable beds, zoned HVAC, relaxing decks, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Bath towels weren't exactly luxurious, but to be expected with rental linens. Our beach vacation was salvaged, thanks to Utopia!

Great location, but not very clean.

Check in easy however not very clean upon arrival. My daughter and I spent two hours cleaning. The dishes were put away dirty, counters and table were not cleaned, sink still with cleanser sorinkled in it but not cleaned, dog hair everywhere and vaccum filled with dog hair, broom broken was unusable, and freezer drawer frozen shut. Once we cleaned and purchased broom our stay was great. Great location, wonderful beach snd breeze! Great to have a private pool….just wish that the pool could’ve been cleaned more often.

Beach Front House

We loved the property. It is right on the beach and two lovely balconies to sit on and view the ocean. The kitchen/living space is on the top floor, so you will get your exercise. The property management was amazing - we have a few small issues while we were there and they solved everything immediately. The house could use a really good detailed cleaning - especially bathrooms and kitchen (and living room carpeting). The pool was not very clean either. If you are going to work from here, bring your own hotspot. The wifi is not strong. Overall, we loved it. It just needs a little attention.

Hurricane Dorian

Our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Dorian. We only got to stay 2 nights then had to evacuate. House was poorly cleaned and appeared to be this way for quite sometime. Kitchen was not stocked well with utensils, pot or pans. Stovetop burners didn’t work well.

Great house!

We had 11 adults and 1 toddler and had plenty of space. Pool was awesome after a hot day on the beach. Great rocking chairs on the deck for sitting outside and enjoying the ocean, stars and moon!! Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans...could use a recycling can in the kitchen and curtain panels that fit the bedroom windows but all in all great place!

Nice. Enjoyable stay. Nice layout. Steps were a hazard with babies. Had to rent a gate.

Clean. Short walk to beach. Pool kept clean No private outdoor shower. Bath room rugs didn’t appear to be freshly laundered. Sheets were rough. Dishwasher needs checking, didn’t clean top rack very well. Dryer might need new heating unit, took a long time to dry a load.

Nice house, perfect location

Overall, this was a nice house to stay in for a vacation at the beach. It is in fair proximity to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach via the private walkway is short, with nice ocean views from the balcony. The furniture was adequate for a sizable group. The mattress in the master bedroom (all of the bedrooms, for that matter) are hands-down the best I've ever encountered in a vacation home. I dare say that the master mattress was better than what I have at home! The bathrooms were large, and provided plenty of space to get cleaned up and for toiletries. The wireless internet worked flawlessly as well (which is not true in all houses). There are only a couple of negatives that I would mention, which can likely be remedied easily. 1) Though there are plenty of pots and pans, there are not very many kitchen utensils (one spatula, and one melted whisk), for those who like to cook during vacation. 2) There was a small pest problem in the master bathroom. Only a couple of pests were spotted in the shower at night (where it's dark and damp), and none in the kitchen. An exterminator can likely take care of this problem quickly. Though it was cool, we did want to get in the pool with floats. However, the pool hadn't been serviced in a while and there was lots of sand, silt, grime on the surface, and large palm leaves in the water. No one came out to service the pool, though a call was made (or if they did, they didn't clean these things). Overall, it is a nice house. With a little service, it would be perfect!
