7 Blue Pelican

Beautiful home! It had everything we needed for a family of 20! Great location; can see the beautiful ocean views from balconies/pool. The pool was nice, but a bit chilly, which was unexpected for August! The TV service was not very good; did a lot of spinning/loading the entire time we were there. Check in/out was very easy! We enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Location and has everything you need!

We booked this house for a couple day getaway for New Year’s. There were 21 of us in total. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. The sheets and towels were all packed in plastic bags, left on the beds. If you have several kids like we did, it was kind of a pain having to make all the beds, but it was also nice for peace of mind to know the sheets were clean. We had a couple maintenance issues with the elevator, dishwasher short circuiting, and a couple toilets not flushing (short chains in the tanks). Maitenance was INCREDIBLE! We called the number provided and within 15 minutes they were there to fix the issues. The pool heater, was phenomenal! Our kids swam the entire time and since we came in the winter, this was something super important to us with 15 kids in our group. The owners did an AMAZING job of making sure that you have everything you need from Instapot, multiple coffee makers, ice machine, dishes, platters, cookie sheets, baking dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils for large groups. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for the listing accuracy, was because there was not enough bedding for the pull out couches. Only sheets provided, no bedspreads or extra blankets and the nights were really cold. Also, the bunkbeds are larger than a twin, but you can definitely not fit two adults or two teenagers on both levels of the bunkbed. However, if you have younger children, ages 10 and below, you could fit 24 people. We would rent again!! Highly recommend.
