Harbor Grace: il tuo posto felice

Con un grande layout 'open living' della casa, potrai goderti un sacco di tempo con i tuoi cari. La nostra cucina è completamente attrezzata per la cucina familiare, con tutto, dai tagliabiscotti, alla caffettiera. I pasti cucinati in casa possono essere serviti nell'ampio tavolo da pranzo affacciato sullo spazioso cortile posteriore. Non vuoi cucinare? Nessun problema! La casa è a un isolato di distanza da ristoranti locali, angolo colazione e gelaterie.
La casa ha una zona boscosa su un lato, per offrire quel tocco in più di privacy e osservazione della natura. Gufi, scoiattoli e picchi si vedono spesso lì! Goditi un caffè mattutino su una sedia a dondolo sul nostro portico ombreggiato o trascorri la serata divertendoti con il divertimento al firepit.
Wifi, cavo, google chrome cast e i servizi di base sono forniti a voi!
La nostra casa è situata in posizione centrale rispetto a tutte le attrazioni che Oak Island ha da offrire. Fai una breve passeggiata fino al Malcolm Register Park sull'intercoastal waterway per goderti il tramonto. Portate la vostra barca o moto d'acqua, la rampa della barca pubblica è a soli 2 isolati di distanza. Con meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 5 minuti di auto da mini-golf, parco statale, mercato degli agricoltori locali, skate park e parco giochi, è davvero il luogo perfetto! Perfect, spacious house right in the middle of Oak Island

This 3 bedroom house was exactly what we needed for our trip to Oak Island. Me and my family were there to watch our daughter's golf tournament at St. James Plantation, and it was 15 minutes away from the golf course. The house is 5 minutes away from many great restaurants on Oak Island and only 25 minutes from Southport. Publix is right down the road. I enjoyed having 3 bedrooms so we could spread out. Juli was a great host! Very gracious and responsive with communication. We hope to come back.

Beautiful, cozy home that is DOG FRIENDLY

We rented this cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home for the week. When we checked in the home was spotless. Washer and dryer in the home, fully stocked kitchen, gas grill and plenty of seating on the outside deck. There was a fire pit and horse shoe pit as well. We did not have to bring one thing from home. Linen and towels were provided. Our dogs loved the big back yard and we loved how close we were to the beach ( about 1/2 mile walking distance or less ) and all the shops and restaurants as well Juli is excellent at communicating with you also. We were delayed about 1/2 hour getting checked in because the cleaning service was running behind. Juli immediately compensated us with a discount. We will be staying here again and have recommended this host to family and friends

Comfortable, charming, and clean

This is a clean, comfortable, fun home to stay at during our Oak Island vacation. The home has everything we needed for our get away including a nice porch and great backyard. The host is great with communication and we had a great stay. 2 minute drive from the beach and close to great restaurants and stores. Located in a nice neighborhood. The home decor is charming. We would stay here again no doubt. Thanks Juli and Ben!

Great experience!

House was perfect for our family of 5! Close to the beach. Owners were great. House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great beach get away! Oak island is now my favorite Carolinas beach and this is where I’ll be staying when I come back!

Exactly what we wanted!

Homey, comfortable, relaxing & well maintained. If looking for an upscale stay this isn't for you but if want to relax & feel at home & have all your needs met, this is the perfect place. Would stay here again when we comeback.

Owner was very responsive, property was definitely as advertised and good value for the price. Good location on the island a quick walk to the beach or grocery and other stores, house supplied with kitchen equipment and good grill. Quiet neighborhood. House was comfortable.

Very Satisfied with this property.

My sister and my cousin took our moms to Oak Island. This place was perfect for us. The location is great and just a short distance to the beach. Very clean and accommodating.

Excellent Home Away from Home!

Wanted to get away for a few days, and this was a perfect place to stay. Everything one could need was available and it is very close to anything you could need. We walked quite a bit due it being so close things; yet far off the main street enough, you don't feel like you are in the middle of everything. Although the weather was not conducive for this trip; there is a really nice fire pit setup in the back that would be great to sit around and enjoy. Great Place!

Annual family trip

The overall process was very good. The home was lovely with all the amenities from home. We enjoyed the public parking and the ability to drive to the beach. Our dogs also enjoyed the yard and the walks in the neighborhood.

Perfect beach getaway with pets

This was a great place to stay... and pet friendly. There is not a fence, but that is not a big deal. We just kept our 2 dogs on leashes. We were able to use a baby gate on the back deck so they could be leash free for a bit and still get fresh air. There is plenty of space in the house and the yard. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. Zero issues. The coded door worked great for us. I certainly plan to return and hope to book this house again.
