Situato a tre isolati dall'oceano ea pochi passi dai famosi Thai By the Sea, Circa 64 e Chaser's Bar and Grill, questo è un NO brainer! Dopo il pasto, goditi un classico gelato o gelato italiano al Sunset Slush (stagionale), situato proprio accanto! Sunset Slush offre anche il buco di mais libero! La parte migliore. . .c'è un accesso diretto alla spiaggia alla fermata della strada!

"Angler's Den" è molto ben tenuto e attrezzato per il vostro divertimento di vacanza! Oltre 1500 sq ft con tre camere da letto (1 King, 1 Queen e 3 letti singoli), due bagni, zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice completa, veranda schermata, altalena esterna, zona barbecue e doccia esterna.

Wonderful family vacation

The location was nice for us as we enjoyed fishing on the pier, playing volleyball in the sand, walking to get ice cream, and a 7 minute walk to the beach. The host were extremely helpful with tips and ensuring our stay was wonderful.

Fantastic long weekend getaway

5 star rated property. Owner,Natasha, was so wonderful from beginning to end of stay. The location was great. Easy walk to beach, restaurants within walking distance. We could not have asked for a better experience or property. Thank you Tatum’s you are the best.

Wonderful beach house!

My wife and I had a great time at this wonderful beach house on Oak Island. We felt right at home, especially relaxing in the recliners after dinner! It's very close to the beach and also very close to Southport. The beach chairs and umbrella are a nice perk! Would highly recommend!

Clean and convenient to everything

The house was perfect for my family. It was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It had everything we needed. It rained a lot during our stay so we spent more time than usual at the house and it felt just like home. It was close to everything - 3 restaurants you can walk to, the grocery store is a mile away, and the very short drive to the beach (or 5-10 minute walk) ended in a public access point with lots of parking. The road to drive along the Intercoastal waterway was at the end of the street and we found 3 public fishing piers 5 minutes away. The host was super responsive and easy to work with. Any questions I had were answered almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Labor Day getaway!

The house and the owners were fantastic! They went out of their way to ensure our stay was just right! The house is also located very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the pier!

Lovely stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this home, and it’s even more lovely in person than in the photos. There was even an outdoor shower in the backyard to wash off the sand! I didn’t recall that in the listing, so it was a fun surprise. The home came with everything we needed. I was originally concerned about the linens because of a previous review and I reached out to Natasha in advance. She was so accommodating and provided everything with NO extra fees. And speaking of everything needed … within walking distance from this property is the BEST breakfast restaurant on the island, as we were told by the locals we met. Delicious food at Fixins’. Be sure to try one of their homemade biscuits. Thank you, Natasha, for providing a much appreciated getaway.

This is a cute, fun home located very close to the beach with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The hosts gave us a great checklist of places to visit and restaurants to try and we were able to check most of them off the list. While the above mentioned checklist was sent promptly, all other communications went days without a response. This made some of the long distance planning more challenging than it might otherwise have been. And, it’s a bit frightening going to bed the night before your departure not knowing how to access the house you will be arriving at less than 24 hours later. We have been extremely lucky with vacation rentals in the past, using VRBO and similar sites to find places all over the world. This is the first time that rental did not include bedding or towels. If that was disclosed in the original listing, I missed it. But I sincerely do not believe it was mentioned. I became aware of this the morning of our flight out and scrambled to call the recommended linen supplier on our way to the airport. I had asked the host about beach towels in a message three days earlier and it was only in response to that question that I found out no linens were included. While this is certainly the prerogative of the host, it needs to be communicated clearly. Luckily, the linen company was able to accommodate us with only a few hours notice. That was the point that I noticed the beds in the description did not match the photos. This would not have been an issue at all for our small family had I not needed to order the sheets. (Side note: The linen company prefers payment by check and does not accept credit cards at all!) The hosts provided the name of a person who could set up beach chairs for us but the house contained nothing. Literally, nothing, for beach use. Maybe we’ve been spoiled in the past with closets full of beach chairs, beach towels, swimming boards, etc. If you are traveling by car from somewhere regional and can haul everything with you, this is a nice little house. If you are flying in, plan on paying extra for everything.

Great house overall

Crossing the busy road to get to the beach was the only real challenge, other than having to run out to buy soap as none was provided. However, the kitchen is well-appointed and we easily cooked meals and enjoyed the nicely furnished home.

Very beautiful property

This property was very nice. Well equipped. Well maintained. Everything was tidy & smelled like fresh air upon walking in. The back porch was a nice quiet place to sit at night (bring bug lamps). Towels & linens are not included (not listed at the time of rental) however the owners took care of us. Would return to this one given the opportunity!!

First visit to Oak Island & Angler’s Nest Top Notch!!

Working with Natasha was amazing! She was readily available to answer logistical questions & offer suggestions on local restaurants, etc. Angler’s Nest was fabulously decorated, inviting, comfortable & a short walk to the beach. Natasha even provided beach chairs! The house was super clean, furnished with everything needed for our stay. The beds were comfy & bath towels thick & soft. The screened in porch was a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee. The final touch was the utility shed available to store our bikes, a nice little bonus. If you’re looking for a beach house in Oak Island, I highly recommend booking with Natasha @ The Angler’s Nest.

Awesome for family downtime!!

Such a great property. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family week at the beach! The location was perfect, a 10 minute walk to the beach and the property was clean and tidy. Our days were filled with beach fun, then ice cream, then family dinner and evening walks. My wife and I especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch after the boys had gone to bed. Thanks again for a great week!!

Nice Beach stay

The beach at the end of Keziah was beautiful. We loved having close access to the pier. We drove to Wilmington to the battleship it was well worth the trip! We spent hours there. The house was clean, the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the morning with our coffee. The beach chairs provided were great! We were so happy to have them.

Such an underrated little home!

We had such a great stay here! Love the beach access on the street. The home was so clean, decorated so well, was so cozy and way bigger than we anticipated! We had such a great stay. Natasha was incredible to work with, we are leaving feeling like we’ve made a friend! We even chose to extend our stay by a day and it was money well spent!
