Updated, Vintage, 1954 Beach Cottage. We are right on Beach Drive, across the street from the beach with beautiful Ocean Views! A quick walk to the beach access & as one guest noted “even a 5 year old can do multiple times per day!” We are Between 2-10 minutes drive from anywhere on the Island! Walk to the Pier! You can also rent golf carts Locally but plan ahead if you want to do this!

The cottage has 1176 sf of living space! We have 4 bedrooms total. 1 KING bed, 2 Queens, 1 Bunk Bed. You will enjoy Spectrum streaming services with FREE Roku, Prime, in the living room & in all bedrooms! Also, a TV/DVD combo with tons of kids videos. Your housekeeping fee includes fresh bed linens, bath towel sets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Quality toilet paper, & other thoughtful amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, drip, & espresso coffee makers. Tons of board games, baby seat, high chair, pack-n-play, & baby bath tub.

Check out the lower level where you will find Laundry Facilities, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Foosball, Air Hockey, Basketball, Corn Hole, & other beach toys & accessories as well as a Charcoal Grill!!

We have plenty of free parking in front & back! We personally & regularly do surprise inspections to ensure our housekeeping staff is maintaining our high standards!
