“Staff not the best ”

“Breakfast was good. Day 1 had pork sausage, Day 2 chicken sausage, nice options, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, even had soy milk! Close to shopping. ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. “Great choice of location as well as clean rooms”

“We had a great time at Hollywood casino. We took the convenient shuttle to the Lawrenceburg center to watch a show and then grab the shuttle back. The band at the casino was amazing!”

“We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. “Everything was excellent - breakfast, staff and room I would stay there again anytime ”

“Front Guy went beyond expectations to make sure we had the best location on the hotel for my family, best of the best!!!!!”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.”
