“Well, rolled in there after midnight with very few choices. We have stayed at Best Westerns before so thought it was a safe bet. Lobby was old, floor dirty, furniture old, and games etc were very old and worn. Room was disgusting. Floor dirty in the room, smelled like pee and the bathroom hadn't really been cleaned. Normally, we would have asked for a refund and left but it after midnight, we had to be on the road at 4:30 am, so had little choice. Best Western needs to do...

“The staff guys were amazing. Haven't had a desk person volunteer to help carry bags in forever. The room was right on. The only thing we ran into is that there is no ground floor, nor elevator, so it was hard for my mobility limited wife to get to the first floor room.”

“Tremendo.. non si è ben capito se le persone (davvero poco raccomandabili) che lo popolano sono solo ospiti occasionali o veri e proprio "abitanti" della struttura. Probabilmente la seconda.. la struttura è fatiscente, la camere sono terribili. Dire solo sporche non renderebbe bene l'idea, sono proprio lerce.. datate, e le porte manco si chiudono. Le asciugamani sono sgualcite, forse del 15-18 e sporche. Il letto...bhe..che dire.. stendiamo un velo. Siamo rimaste solo perchè dopo una giornata di...
