This is a newly remodeled 4BD/2BA in the heart of Oakland. Perfectly located in the thriving Temescal neighborhood, with easy access to all the best of Oakland... while still feeling like you're removed from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Whether you're coming for a long stay or a short visit, our home has all of the amenities that you'll need for rest, relaxation and adventure.
The space
Stay in this cozy 4 bedroom home with newly renovated interior and fabulous outdoor space! The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood within the Temescal district - a vibrant, diverse, and artsy slice of Oakland. We're situated right between Telegraph and Piedmont St, which makes walking access to locally owned restaurants and shops easy.

The single-level home is elevated, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to access the entrance (however, no stairs inside). Once inside, you're greeted by an open concept living area with a large sectional, 55" TV, and electric fireplace - the perfect place to kick back and relax at the end of a day.

Continue on to our gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with all of the appliances and essentials you need to feel right at home (if there's anything you feel it's missing, we're happy to provide it!). We keep the house well stocked with tea, coffee, and small snacks. The kitchen also has a large family-style table with full place settings for a group up to 8.

Each room has a queen-size, memory foam bed, multiple pillow options, and blackout curtains so that you're guaranteed to get a restful nights sleep. There is also a small work/study space in each room and fast, fiber wifi throughout the house.

Enjoy our sunny California days lounging on the pack patio or swinging in the hammock chairs. The backyard is a little oasis filled with native/drought resistant flowers from Spring to Fall, as well an herb garden and seasonal fruits like avocados, mangos, blueberries, and more! It's also a wonderful place to bird watch, as we're frequently visited by a variety of hummingbirds, bluejays, and little song birds.
Guest access
You'll have your own slice of paradise throughout the trip, as this space is set up solely for private use of your group. I do live in the neighborhood, so I'm available for help during your trip, or to provide recommendations on places to explore!
Other things to note
We have a driveway available with 1 off-street parking space. If you need more parking space, street parking is also available (with a 2 hour limit Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm).

The house is professionally cleaned between each guest to ensure that everything is up to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please note that while we are the perfect place for family gatherings, we do NOT allow parties.
