Hi Shannon, the door had no any problem, the only issue was you gave the code multiple times that is why it was rejecting you. For any system like door codes, after your first try you must give few seconds to try again otherwise it does not allow you to unlock the door. Second, for the electric light that you mentioned “light on at 3am” was set timer by the previous guest and we did not know that, and we turn it off. Third, we tested the outlet in the front bedroom, and we did not see any issue, we have tested on charging phones, tested using other appliances as well but we did not find any issue. Fourth, the neighborhood is very quiet neighborhood, in our street most of them are family living there and as you might have observed that there are churches and schools as well. We have been in this neighborhood for over 20 years now, but we did not see any crime or bad activities so far.
