“The staff was great and very friendly”

“The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small with only a shower stall, no tub. It had a lovely outdoor pool. The best feature was the view of the river. Our room had a small balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the river. It was quite peaceful. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very small.”

“We didn’t even keep our reservation. I checked in and we walked to our room on the 3rd floor and the hallways were filled with weed smoke. Mind you, it wouldn’t have been a problem but I had young children with me and didn’t want them to be walking through that. I went down to the front desk, told her about the problem. “Our one night stay in the Cottage Grove Inn was very pleasant. Friendly and helpful staff during check-in, a clean room and bath, the breakfast was exceptional, and the pool/hot tub met my grandson's expectations. Lots of easy parking in front of the rooms. Overall, the way a motel should operate.”
