Living room is large, with lots of light and original hard wood floors that have been newly refinished. I did a lot of the work myself and I am pleased to say that the floors absolutely glow!

The living room has two places to spread out, lounge and relax. There is a day bed that can also be used for guests and a super comfortable Mitchell Gold sofa.

Also in the living room is the first large desk for working. Great wifi and an ethernet connection if you need it.

There is also a reading nook with lots of books and a comfortable reading chair with ottoman on a beautiful West Elm rug.

The living room opens into the kitchen area and the vintage oak dining table is in between, next to the wall of original art I have collected through my travels around the world. Montreal, Jerusalem, San Francisco, Santiago de Compostela - even Massachusetts' Berkshires are represented on the wall.

The bedroom is also very large. It has a luxury queen Sleep Number bed. Adjust each side to your own comfort! The bedroom also has a second desk/workspace and a second reading nook with a large comfortable chair. It too has great sunlight and is filled with art.

There is an outdoor space with sofa and some outdoor furniture where you can hang out in the sun.

Fast and reliable Sonic internet. Ethernet available. Shared laundry room is right out your back door.

Access to entire downstairs flat is yours alone. Shared laundry room. Front yard for some fresh air.
