Sunny family home with yard, decks.

Our 2-story home is sunny and conveniently located between Oakland, Berkeley and San Francisco near the SF Bay Bridge. We have 2 sunny decks, a back yard, bbq, garden and outdoor tub and shower! Many places for eating and relaxing outside and in.
The space
There are 3 bedrooms: One children's room with bunk bed, one guest room with single day bed, one master bedroom with queen bed. There are also 2 single mattresses on a sleeping couch. There is a dining room and living room upstairs and another living room downstairs with french doors opening to the back yard. There are two decks upstairs.
Guest access
Our whole home is available to you. Bikes are also available if you let us know and we'll have them ready for you. No closets are available but the master bedroom has a hanging bar and hangers and other rooms have lots of hooks. Bunk room can have drawers cleared - just let us know.
Other things to note
Emeryville is sought after for its easy access to San Francisco, both by car or BART train. The MacArthur station is a 10 minute walk from the house or a very quick bike or car ride. We are as little as 18 minutes from SF by car, depending on traffic. There are restaurants and parks within walking distance - we'll be happy to tell you our favorites!

Our backyard is a children's playground, but grown ups like it too. A table for sitting around, chairs for relaxing. There is also an outdoor tub and shower!

We have 4 chickens and 2 dwarf nigerian goats. They are fenced in to an area we call the "petting zoo". We have a friend let them out in the morning and put them to bed at night so all you have to do is eat the eggs and enjoy the friendliest little urban farm in town. They all love people, especially children, and if you want to be with them, they would love it. They also require no care from you if you are not interested. We are happy to answer any questions or send more pictures of the animals if you are curious or hesitant about them. There are also times when we take the goats with us so let us know if the goats are the main attraction!
