“We needed a basic hotel room to stay for R&R 12 hours on a long cross country treck, and this was perfect. It was not on the freeway, so very quiet,downtown Colby, a small rural town. We backed the car to within 10 feet of the door to the one story U-shaped complex, so we could easily get our overnight stuff into the room in minutes. “Staff was efficient, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Pool looked inviting, but I did not have time to swim. Only complaint was the room above me had a very loud creaking floor- when the upstairs guests walked around I really did not hear footsteps, but the floor creaked very loudly! Otherwise all was very good for my one night stay. I would stay again, but request a different room”
