“The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel”

“There are no elevators present. There was no hot water in the hotel. We were told there would be hot water in the morning but it was never fixed. If you are paying for a room you think the least you could have is hot water. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. Only ppl available were the ppl on the video kiosk you had to talk through to check in. Will never stay here again.”

“This hotel was ok. We were expecting a little nicer since we went with the more expensive hotel, so we were a bit disappointed with the upkeep of the rooms. The shower looked very old and rusty in areas, the hallways had a strange odor, and the breakfast left much to be desired. On a positive note, the rooms were very spacious and seemed to be clean. The sheets were very wrinkly and had some staining, but I think they were clean. Several of the outlets next to each bed were either inaccessible,...

“The pool was closed for the weekend, the WiFi was having problems and we could not complete work/schooling during our 3 day stay, the room was not vacuumed and there were pretzels on the floor by one of the beds, our shower had empty soap containers so when we took our first showers, we couldn't wash.
The coffee was good, but the breakfast was from 7-10 and we had to leave before 7. ”
