“Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. “When you get off elevator you get overwhelmed with air freshener odors very strongly.. room was clean but odor of musty damp. Fact they use air fresheners to cover up musty smells i wouldn't stay again.. fix the issue not cover it up.. ”

“My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.”

“Check in staff was rude , not helpful and breakfast lady was so rude . She lacked cleanliness. Was using bare hands to push garbage down and then would pick and clean things without cleaning washing hands . Was only putting couple bagels at a time . Not helpful at all ”
