“I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.”

“What I did not like was the bed was too high…I have stayed here for years…but the improvement to wooden stand under bed made bed too high…I had to retrieve my step stool to get on bed…which I had left in car and was too tired to retrieve so I slept on chair first night!”

“We stayed two non-consecutive nights. One on our way to our destination and the next on our return trip. On 5/28/26 we stopped on our drive to Florida. We were surprised with the room, it was very clean, quiet, and the A/C worked fine to remove the humidity which during this time was more important than cooling the room. The main building with reception and dining (breakfast) area was also very nice. The grounds are well maintained and the parking lot has a fence. I felt secure taking my dog out...

“Our room was clean. It was in the front of the hotel so it was convenient for my pup. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bathroom was large. I loved the coffee nook and the Nespresso machine. I am not a fan of artificial creamers so having half and half would be nice but I seem to find the artificial stuff everywhere in that area. “The way they have this listed is like you ate getting the house but actually they put you in a cottage, which was nice and clean just a little confusing otherwise everything was great.”

“Everything was ok except for all trash bins had no trash bags in the room. When I called the front desk to ask for them I was told “this ain’t full service “ and I would have to come get the bags, On top of that another guest had kids above stomping and running for at least an hour which sounded like they were gonna come through the walls.”

“I was super disappointed. If you’re booking based off photos, do NOT book here. The hotel is nothing like what is photographed and was disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtains, our door barely shut, and I felt extremely uncomfortable/unsafe. I’m pretty sure this room was the “go to” room for guests staying here. It was very rundown.”
