“Bed bugs 🙅♂️
Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long.
When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show.
When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left.
Luckily, the refund was processed by next day.”

“The Compass was amazing! You never have to leave, i rented a car, and never Used it. They have restaurant, poolside bar and grill. Rooftop bar and grill. Lots of different entertainment. The Hotel is beautiful and very clean.”

“Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande.
Pulizie giornaliere accurate.
Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo.
Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè.
Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora...
