“March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Floors 2 and 4 were out of commission and only the 3rd floor was available. No excerise equipment in rooms, as expected in Even hotel room AND no weight room available because that was on the 2nd floor. The staff was very helpful, from housekeeping to front desk. But buyer beware, construction will continue for several months and...

“Hotel was clean, great AC for the heatwave and our room was a triple and large for a Hotel in Rome. The rooftop terrace is a great spot for a drink or light dinner. Centrally located to everything.”

“Cleaned place to stay and friendly Staff”

“There was plenty of parking even on a sold out graduation weekend. The pool was great with lots of towels and space to hang out. It was the perfect spot for our family to gather”

“The room had an unpleasant odor. Although the property was generally okay, it did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying there for more than a day.”

“Great staff, very friendly. Room was in need of a deep clean. Really loud noise from manhole cover in driveway every time car wheels went over it.”

“The Riverpath in was so clean and homey! I usually don’t feel as rested or comfortable in hotels or other Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. But it felt like I was at home. I even got to chat with one of the owners and we had a great conversation. She was so sweet and helpful and you can tell she cares about the home and those who pass through it. If I’m ever up there again I will 100% come back to the Riverpath Inn.”

“No digital or physical key cards available. Had to have my more opened by staff my whole stay. Very inconvenient.”

“Clean room, comfortable beds, well stocked”

“There were spider webs everywhere in the room. The towels had specs of what seem to be dried blood. I found a piece of plastic from a candy bar under my blankets.”

“My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the temperature was perfect. The staff was accommodating, I was able to check in early and check out 30 mins after check out time. Plus I received cookies just out of the oven. The breakfast choices were limited but very tasty. Thank you for taking good care of me during stay.”
