Actually everything was very clear on the booking site had you read it. The room description is Family room with Shared Bathroom. You also did not read the booking confirmation which detailed the parking available.

Sorry you were not happy. Unfortunately the guest in the room next to you was unwell and was sick in the toilet. We responded to your message by bringing you towels. The bed is a very sturdy metal frame. We did test it but could not detect any movement or creaking.the wood panelling and shelves in the room are wax polished to give a natural wood look.

Sorry you were not happy with your stay. You reported that the room was dirty and there was blood on the bathroom walls. We could find no evidence of blood and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every departure.

You booked a room with shower outside the room but we upgraded you to an ensuite shower. You booked budget but we have other rooms you could have booked. It’s always best to check what you are booking to avoid disappointment

Sorry you were disappointed. We were quite disappointed that you arrived very late and hadn’t thought it necessary to advise us of that. We checked the room and found it warm and the tv working perfectly well. We are fully compliant with current fire regulations.

Sorry you felt there were too many stairs. We do request that guests inform us in advance of their arrival if they have any mobility problems.

Hi, never had a complaint about the bed being too soft before ! we did fix thd raised told as soon as you brought it to our attention. Glad you enjoyed your stay on balance.

Thank you for your comments. In the first room the carpet had just been cleaned, so you were smelling carpet cleaner. Our bedding is laundered every day so you must have been smelling laundry soap.

Thank you for your review. The flooring is an off white colour which may have looked grubby to you. I can assure you that our bathrooms and showers are cleaned every day.

Dear Guest, sorry you were dissatisfied, mainly with the window. It is our policy to have the ground floor windows kept locked. Surely if they were open it would have been noisier? and the smoke would have come into the room? The toilet seat will be fixed shortly. The plug is not left in the sink to avoid risk of overflowing. There is usually a good reason for everything.
