A modern and well-maintained apartment at HAVENU Oberkochen with a private bathroom and kitchen. Equipped with two comfortable single beds (90×200), the room is ideal for technicians and business travelers. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. The quiet yet central location offers easy access to the train station, downtown, and nearby businesses. Parking is available right in front of the building, making it suitable for longer stays as well.

Our accommodations feature functional and contemporary rooms designed to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. The peaceful atmosphere ensures optimal relaxation for both short and longer stays.

Access to the accommodation and to the individual rooms is convenient and contactless via an electronic door lock located directly on each room door. Before arrival, our guests receive a personal access code that allows for flexible and independent check-in and check-out without fixed times.

Throughout your stay, the designated common areas are available for unrestricted use. The modern, fully equipped shared kitchen (or your own kitchen) can be used at any time to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner and also serves as a lounge area in between meals. We ask that you leave the kitchen clean after use. Please note that in rare cases, it may not have been left in proper condition by the previous guest.

Please note that this is a quiet, well-managed accommodation where we value order and mutual consideration. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in any indoor areas. Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

Guests have the option to book a shorter stay initially to get a feel for the accommodation. You can extend your stay at any time by phone, subject to availability.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all areas—a cleaning fee of at least 250 € will be charged for violations.

3. Pets only with permission
Pets are permitted only with prior written consent.

4. Please observe check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 3:00 p.m. / Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in/late check-out only by arrangement and for a fee (starting at 10 €/h).

5. Careful Use of Inventory
Damage, heavy soiling, or missing inventory items will be billed.

6. Keys & Cards
Please return all items in full on the day of departure—a minimum charge of 50 € applies for lost items.

7. Payment & Security Deposit
Payment is due in advance. A security deposit may be required; it will be inspected after departure and refunded.

8. Cancellation & No-Show
Free cancellation is only permitted within the timeframe specified in the booking confirmation. After that, 100% of the price is due.

9. Quiet & Consideration
Please respect neighbors and fellow guests—no loud music or disturbances.

10. Breaches of Contract
In the event of serious breaches (e.g., parties, illegal use), your stay may be terminated immediately—without a refund.
