The Allgäunest is a spacious, non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor, offering plenty of room for up to 6 people across 120 m². With a total of 5 rooms, including 3 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families, active vacationers, or guests who want to enjoy the Allgäu region with friends. Children are welcome, and pets may also stay upon request.

The living area, with its sofa nook and TV, invites you to relax, while the separate dining area with a dining table provides ample space for shared meals. A desk is also available in case you need to do some work or planning in between activities. Vinyl flooring in the living and bedroom areas creates a neat and cozy atmosphere. Thanks to central heating, the apartment remains pleasantly comfortable even during the cooler months. Window coverings on all windows provide additional privacy.

The enclosed kitchen is functional and fully equipped: It features a stove with a 4-burner cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a Nespresso espresso machine, a kettle, and a toaster. Kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and a trash can are, of course, provided.

The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, mirror, and a window. There is also a guest restroom, which makes a stay with several people particularly pleasant. Towels, bath towels, and bed linens are already provided. For longer stays, the Allgäunest offers practical amenities, including a washing machine for your use, an iron, an ironing board, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner. A special bonus is the sauna for your use (for a fee)—ideal after an active day in the mountains.

The location is also impressive: The Allgäunest is situated in a village in a rural setting and at the same time in the mountains—perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature. Shopping options are only about 150 m away, restaurants are about 200 m away, public transportation is approximately 100 m away, and the train station is about 1 km away. A golf course is about 2 km away, and the ski lift and cross-country ski trail are about 3.5 km away. A doctor’s office, bank, and supermarket are nearby.
