Your getaway begins the moment you arrive: Spanning approximately 65 square meters, this ground-floor apartment accommodates up to four people. Natural wood tones, modern accents, and a clean, cozy design create an atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment.
Especially comfortable: Each of the two separate bedrooms has its own modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. This ensures plenty of privacy and makes the ArgenZeit ideal for two couples, groups of friends, or families who want to vacation together while still enjoying their own private space.
One of the two bedrooms is spacious and pleasantly combines sleeping, living, and cooking areas. In addition to the sleeping area, this space features a small sofa, an open kitchenette with a counter, and the dining area.
The open kitchen with its counter quickly becomes a gathering spot—for the first coffee of the morning, a shared breakfast, or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a Nespresso machine.
Two TVs and Wi-Fi are also available. All windows are fitted with privacy screens.
The covered balcony is a special place to relax. Here you can enjoy the fresh Allgäu air, unwind, or let the evening wind down in a relaxed atmosphere after a hike or an outing.

Staufenpark is practically right outside the door and can be reached in about two minutes on foot. It’s only about a seven-minute walk to the center of Oberstaufen. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping options are all within easy walking distance—so you can leave the car behind for a while during your stay.
There’s a restaurant just about 200 meters away, and shopping options and a supermarket are about 550 meters away. Public transportation is only about 85 meters away.
The apartment is also an ideal starting point for excursions into the Allgäu mountains. Hiking, mountaineering, and mountain biking are among the options, as are skiing and other winter sports in the area.
You can conveniently park your car in the free private parking lot right next to the house.
