“This is a lovely hotel in a great location. We had a room with balcony with a gorgeous view of the Rhine. The room was a nice size and very clean. The hotel itself is older and a little out of date, but it was maintained well. It’s a short walk to the train station and the boat dock. It was a perfect home base to explore the rest of the middle Rhine. ”

“Hôtel in posizione eccezionale ma abbiamo scelto im periodo sbagliato (fine ottobre), hotel vuoto in un paese fantasma e tutte le attività economiche chiuse, abbiamo mangiato un panino con il würstel nel parcheggio del supermercato. Bisognerebbe tornare in estate. Le camere non corrispondevano alle foto, in po vecchie senza nessun servizio (macchinetta per il caffè e the) ma con un buon materasso e alla fine abbiamo dormito bene.”

“Ich war mit meinem Freund für 2 Nächte im Contel Hotel Koblenz. Das Hotel ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen! Wir hatten ein Komfort-Doppelzimmer. Das klimatisierte Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, das Bad ebenfalls und sehr modern. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ob Reinigungskräfte, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption oder auch beim Frühstück. Hier ist aufgefallen, dass sich die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück sehr bemüht hat, da ich aufgrund von Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten in...

“Very nice hotel in a quiet environment. The whole property is nicely decorated. Especially at night the scenery is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. I also recommend the restaurant for dinner. Good parking availability. Staff is very friendly. Only minor: the WIFI in my room was unstable. Otherwise: very warmly recommended. I was there for business purpose, but would definitely consider to stay there with the family. Especially kids will love this place too.”

Tutto questo viene mortificato da: - accoglienza pessima - porte aperte su ripostigli in disordine - cuccia per il cane a fianco del banco della reception, noi amiamo gli animali, ma la convivenza con loro deve essere una scelta non un'imposizione. - un sorriso, a costo zero, neanche a pagarlo oro - moquette sdrucita...

“Got a double room with extra sofa bed not on the main building (20 m away on a separate house). Room extremely small for 3 people (no space at all to move around) while bathroom with good shower. Dogs hair all around the room (from previous guest???) and even bedlinens with holes…. Breakfast just average. Parking on the front street (if lucky to find as we did). Small pictoresque village along the Rhein. Absolutely too expensive (around 140 €) for the kind of hotel, room and location”
