“The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. “Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist genial, das Essen zu 95% lecker! Der Pool mit der Pool Bar - spitze! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt (trotz eines ständig überfluteten Bades dank einer viel zu kurzen Duschabtrennung. Manchmal kam auch einfach kein warmes Wasser. Leider war unter den Betten viel Schmutz, ansonsten waren die Zimmer sauber). Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen :)”

“Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited. ”

“Krassi ist eine sehr aufmerksame, nette und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin. Parkplätze sind gleich in der Nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Allerdings muss man bedenken, dass es (bedingt durch die Altstadt) viele steile Treppen zu erklimmen gibt, bevor man das Hotel erreicht. Dafür wird man mit einer traumhaften Aussicht belohnt.”
