  • Welcome to our quiet getaway @ the beach. Our updated condo is located in North OC/ocean block & includes many amenities -an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower & parking spots! The condo is a one bedroom with two full baths. All linens, towels, & starter toiletries are included as well as 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, wifi, washer/dryer, etc. The unit over looks the pool and is just steps to the beach. We also provide beach gear as well. Located minutes from Fenwick Island and Northside Park.

    *the unit is located on the second floor. Note** there are only stairs to access. No elevator. End unit with lots of views.


    Bedroom:
    -Queen sized bed is very large and has its own full bathroom (full size shower/tub)
    -New for 2026* Full Sleeper sofa
    -Closet with hangers, extra pillows, blankets
    -dresser
    -night stands
    -ceiling fan
    -smart 50 inch TV

    Living Area:
    -The living room has a pull out queen sleeper sofa.
    -65 inch smart tv
    -Dining table for 4
    -island w/ 2 bar stools

    There is a second full bathroom in the hallway (standing shower). Has a closet w/ shelving.

    Kitchen:
    -Full kitchen area w/ pots, pans, bowls, etc
    -Keurig & coffee maker
    -Toaster
    -Silverware, bowls, plates
    -Oven
    -Refrigerator: note does not have automatic ice maker


    Patio:
    -Bar height table w/ 4 chairs


    Other Amenities:
    -wifi
    -Smart TV's in Living & bedroom

    -Central air/heat (nest thermostat)

    -2 parking passes ( 1 assigned & guest spot-if available)

    All towels/linens are provided. Starter toiletries are also provided.

    All checkin/out instructions will be sent on the a few days prior to arrival.

    Check out Time: by 10am

    3 night minimum stay

    *Please note: must be 25 or older to rent. We do not rent to high school seniors.

    *no pets, smoking or loud noises from 11pm-8am

    -Bring your TV subscription passwords to access on the TVs during your stay.

Beautiful, clean condo with great proximity to the beach. Includes everything needed... bed linens, towels, beach chairs (only 3) and umbrella. Nice indoor and outdoor pool areas. Would definitely rent again.

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Hosts very very response to my questions and check in was a breeze. 3 min walk from the beach.Unit has washer/dryer and they provide beach chairs and beach towels.Highly recommend.

Excellent Condo

We loved at our stay here! The condo was perfect for our family of 3. Condo was clean, had everything we needed and was in close proximity to restaurants and the beach. The pools were easy to access. Owner was very nice and provided easy to follow instructions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place stay for their vacation!

Long weekend getaway

My wife and I rented this condo for a long weekend trip for a 4 day/3 night stay. Everything was very nice in the condo and we were very comfortable. While we were not too close to the boardwalk, it was pretty quiet and relaxing. We had a great time!

Very nice and clean accommodations, very spacious and comfortable!Wish we would have known the unit was right on the main road, that the hot tub was completely out of service, and that there were 40 stairs up to the unit.But overall we had a great, relaxing week. Less crowded and still beautiful beach weather for early September.

We loved this unit. Easy access to the pools. Walking distance to the beach. Great communication with the owners. Access to their beach chairs was a nice bonus. Everything was extremely nice and modern.

We highly recommend this location especially for a romantic getaway. My husband and I really loved this location. The location was quiet even the beach area was calmer then the broadwalk side of Ocean City. Walking distance of restaurants and activites. Parking is right next to entrance of the property.The home was clean, spacious and update to date. The hosts had great communications even when we had a questions around midnight.

I gave the overall rating a 4 because there were a few things I fell needed to be fixed. Other than.

The en-suite bath only had hot water in sink. My husband said when he looked and the hose was kinked. He would have fixed it but didn’t want to touch anything , so we only had hot water in sink. Also the place is so nicely decorated but the shower areas should be updated. When we turned on shower water it was brown in en-suite for a little while. Then it was good to go. Just a few issues but overall the place was really nice. We would definitely rent again.
