Welcome to Hakuna Matuna! Light, bright ocean block 1 bedroom with king bed and sofa bed. Sleeps 4, fully equipped kitchen, just steps from the beach in North Ocean City! Walk to great bars and restaurants ( Sushi Cafe, 5-Guys, Taphouse North, Thai O-Cha, Crab Bag,, Alley Oops), Old Pro Golf, Sun Surf Cinema, and North Side Park! Linens and towels provided, Smart TVs in living room and bedroom ( with cable in living room). Amazing view of the ocean from your private balcony! Minimum age: 24

This unit is light and bright and ready for you! All linens and bath towels provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in the family.
The unit is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building (no elevator), but the ground floor is also the 1st floor, so there are only 2 flights of stairs!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.

The whole condo is available to you and the unit has a washer/dryer.

Minimum age to book is 24. The individual who books the unit must be present for the duration of the guest stay.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
