Weekend in OC...

Directions to the house from where the address was were easy to follow.. appreciated the communication and easy checkin... small but perfect for our short stay that was close to the beach/boardwalk and bay...

Condo was great with easy walk to beach and Bayside along with restaurants and shopping. Pool was convenient for the kids. Full kitchen washer/dryer made the trip easier.Looking forward to booking next year

I don’t even know where to begin. This was a complete disaster for my family of 5. No hot water for 4 days, given the run around, was given a refund for two days. Let’s not forget the 70 year old mother of the host paying for us to get a shower at a less than desirable motel. So we packed up 3 kids and showered there. Gross, but better than nothing. Bathroom sink was clogged from day one. That was nothing compared to 3 kids and no hot water. When I asked the host for a minimum of 4 day refund I was told I should have just left day 1. I would highly recommend not trusting Brett.

Great deal!

We were looking for a very affordable stay for a short getaway and this listing delivered! Met our basic needs for cooking, parking and a block away from the fishing pier and a few blocks away from the beach/boardwalk. Unfortunately the weather was crummy so didn’t get to spend the day at the beach. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Brett gave us a heads up that the bedroom tv and dishwasher wasn’t functioning.

The unit is in ok shape. Very good kitchen, spacious living room, needs a good plumber, the bathroom sink is kind of clogged. The bed mattress is in very poor condition, backache to sleep on it.

We stayed at Brett’s Condo for 3 nights/4 days. We received all access codes in a timely and orderly fashion. Brett also let us know that the dishwasher was down due to repairs needed-which was helpful. When it came to sleeping arrangements everything was okay but we did find wrappers stuffed in the pull out bed, and in the living room coffee table. The pullout sofa bed did have crumbs all over it causing the crumbs to fall on the floor when pulling out the sofa bed so we only used it 1 night due to my son feeling uncomfortable. Some other small inconveniences include, I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work, and the bedroom tv would absolutely not work, no matter what we did. Other than that, we greatly appreciated the access to the pool next door for the kiddos and Brett was very kind! Thank you for having us!
