The Space:

Welcome to your bright and airy waterfront retreat in the exclusive Sunset Island community. This modern coastal condo is designed for relaxation and comfort for up to 8 guests.



Living Area: An open-concept space filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable sofa, a stylish stone fireplace, and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the canal.



Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.



Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Suite: A relaxing space with a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: Features a cozy Queen bed.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for kids or extra guests with two Bunk Beds.



Convenience: A full linen and towel package is provided. Your beds will be made and ready for your arrival, so you can start your vacation the moment you walk in the door.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 3-bedroom condo, including the private waterfront balcony.



Your stay also includes access to the world-class Sunset Island resort amenities. A mandatory resort fee provides you with:



6 facility passes for access to the community pools (indoor/outdoor), fitness center, and private bay-front beaches.

2 dedicated parking spaces.



Upon arrival, you will need to visit the clubhouse to pick up your guest amenities package. Additional facility passes may be available for purchase directly at the Sunset Island clubhouse, subject to availability.

July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026: Daily 10 am to 8 pm (Owner early access from 9:30 am to 10 am)

September 1, 2026, to September 7, 2026: 10 am to 8 pm

September 8, 2026, to September 20, 2026: Daily 10 am to 6 pm (outdoor pool & deck close for season)



Marisol’s Market & Café and Sunset Island Bar & Grille typically only run Memorial Day weekend

through Labor Day each year.



Saunas are accessible to all patrons 18+, renters must have photo ID.



Other Things to Note:

This is a 2nd-floor condo unit. Please be aware that access involves stairs.

A mandatory resort fee is required for all stays to cover facility passes and parking.

You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay

Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 2 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of the garage

Check-in is a breeze with beds made and linens provided for your arrival.
