An additional full tub & shower bathroom can be found in the hallway. Enjoy preparing meals in the beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortably gather in bright open living area or relax with your favorite cold beverage on the large private deck with views of the ocean and Fountainhead pool. On the side of the deck is an outdoor shower perfect for washing off the sand after a day at the beach. Pack light and take advantage of the convenient in-house washer and dryer. This property truly does have it all! Parking is easy with 3 spots outside the 2 car garages and 4 cars can be inside the garages if necessary. Clearance high is 6ft 4in. Garages measure 22" x 9'11" and 27" x 11'10'. Garage parking is located under property on the sand. Due to its location/high water table so close to the ocean with heavy rains or storms this covered parking area can see standing water.
