The Space:
"86 Oceanfront" offers a stunning Oceanfront opportunity. Less than 1% of Ocean City properties step right off the deck into the sand.

This unit only rents to age 25 and above.

Your cleaning fee includes a full linen package - sheets/ bath towels/ pillow cases/ etc.
You only need to bring beach towels!

Parking - This unit has 2 assigned spots, 1 is under the overhang and the other parks behind that vehicle.

Great location

Love the location and the beach front views. Decks are great on each level.Overall the unit was OK for cleanliness but could use a good deep cleaning. Found lots of left over foods in pantry and dirty seat cushions at kitchen table and best to bring your own bed pillows. Could use a few beach chairs for renters but again, location is great and sleeps 9 comfortably. Bathrooms are small but functional.

Great location

You can’t get a better location - steps away from the beach. Ample space and easy parking. House was very comfortable. Property manager was extremely responsive. House had some beach toys for our daughter. Didn’t seem like the upper floors were vacuumed prior to arrival and carpets are very dirty. Deck needs to be redone- rusty nails popping and splinter potential. Only one beach chair left so bring your own and don’t forget shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash.

Nice stay

We liked this location and close proximity to the beach. The house is nice and cozy, great for my family. My critique for the manager would be: we didn't use the dishwasher but when checking out we opened it and it was full of water and smelled bad, the main floor deck/balcony was full of sand even on top of the table, the glass shower door handle was very loose, and the water pressure was weak. Little things in the grand scheme of things but small issues become big issues later on.
