Simply stated, there is something for absolutely everyone at The 9400 Building!

Savor the Views, along with the magnificent sunsets, from the spacious Private Balcony in this lovely 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Ocean and Bay View condo. Only steps to the Beach, restaurants, and shops, The 9400 Building is the perfect place to make memories and reconnect with the ones who matter most - year after year.

This beautiful home has gorgeous flooring that is sure to put you in the Tropical feel right away, and the crisp, clean decor with floor to ceiling windows is bright and welcoming! The Condo’s furnishings are perfect for relaxing family time after a day of fun in the sun. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with Free WiFi and Flat Screen TV, or taking in that sweet, salty ocean breeze and breathtaking Views from your Private Balcony. After a fun-filled day on the Beach, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the Seasonal Outdoor pool before freshening up for Family dinner.

The Chef in your family will love the open Kitchen! Well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime an absolute breeze, the Kitchen features a Breakfast Bar, perfect for grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Feel like dining in? Prepare a lovely dinner while enjoying the stunning Ocean City views and never missing out on a moment of the Family fun!

The 9400 Building 1301 comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 Bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom, located to one side of the Living Area, has a plush Queen Bed, stunning Views, and Flat Screen TV. Attached to this Bedroom, as well as accessible from the main Living Area, is the super convenient and unique Bathroom with 2 separate Vanities and toilet areas connected by access to the Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 2 found on the opposite side of the Living Area, will comfortably sleep up to 4 with 2 Double Beds and a Flat Screen TV.

The 9400 Building requires a $50 Registration Fee payable upon arrival and registration with the Building. Once Registered, guests will receive the Parking permit for their 1 Assigned Parking Space and Pool Band required for use during stay. Only 1 Parking Spot is guaranteed.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
