Welcome to our adorable ocean block condo just steps from Ocean City's famous beach. No need to cross Coastal Hwy to enjoy the sandy beach and ocean waves. We have everything you would need and expect for a wonderful vacation. Let your stresses drift away in your home away from home in the highly desirable Ocean Point III condo building. We are conveniently located in mid-town Ocean City directly across from the Convention Center. This is the ideal condo for making your vacation enjoyable and relaxing.

We are in the heart of Ocean City and very close to many great restaurants, shops and activities. Walk to Seacrets, 45th St Taphouse, Dumser's Dairyland, Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Shotti's Point, Barn 34, K-Coast Surf Shop, The Dough Roller, Belly Busters, and many more.

1) Unfortunately, we do not rent to high school seniors or parents booking for their children/seniors
2) This is a 2nd floor walk-up (no elevator) with 1 parking space. Additional public non-metered parking is available in front of the building
3) This is a no smoking or vaping unit
4) Per the condo rules there are no pets allowed
5) Please be considerate of our neighbors
6) We do not supply linens (bed sheets, towels, etc.), dish supplies, laundry supplies, toiletries, or beach chairs; please bring them with you
7) This is not just a rental, this is our 2nd home, please treat it with respect

The rental was just as advertised. The condo was clean, well organized and easy to access. Carl was phenomenal with communication and really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the condo is great for both in season beach goers and out of season folks looking for a quiet weekend getaway!

My wife and I had a wonderful weekend for this Labor Day holiday doing a large part to this fantastic Ocean City condo. Provided the old time feel of a classic Ocean City stay, with a modern design and flare. We completely looked out with the weather that just made everything so much better. Enjoyed immensely the outdoor table on the front porch also. Everything was as described and as the pictures note. Property was extremely clean. Check in process was about as simple as it gets. Communication With the owners was as it should be, and very well done. Can’t say enough about this place as it provided us everything we needed.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect, condo was clean and communication with owner was easy.We only issue was in the listing it was not clear you needed yo supply your own linens, but luckily for us owner reached out asking about a charge to supply linens or bring your own. We took our own and things were just fine.

The property was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and a great stay overall. The host was very responsive and easy to reach via text. When the Keurig wasn’t working, they replaced it with a brand new one within an hour, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! The place was amazing. Looks just like the pictures and very clean. The location was great. The beach down the block wasn't very busy and everyone we ran into that was also staying at the condos was very nice. Carl was an amazing host, very easy to communicate with. Parking was also a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back!

This place was ideal! Just a short walk to the beach. The owner of this property was so hospitable and really makes an effort to make sure you are enjoying your stay. He is also very easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

My family decided to make a last-minute trip to the beach. We spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. My daughter said that it was her favorite Ocean City condo ever! Carl was amazing - very attentive, generous, and professional. We highly recommend!

Clean & cozy condo

The condo was very clean and well equipped. Everything you could possibly need is provided, even a blow dryer. Carl, the host, contacted me several times during the stay to make sure everything was satisfactory. Check- in was easy and stress free. We didn't go to the beach but it is very close. I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.
