This five-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom townhouse has furnished balconies that overlook the bay and is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 15 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.


The spacious, brightly-colored living/ family room is furnished with a comfortable couch, love seat, several chairs and a large flat-screen television. A half-bathroom is located just off the living room. The glass-paneled door allows plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wide island, allowing plenty of space to prepare meals. Past the kitchen is a larger dining area with an oversized dining table. The third-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television and a private bathroom. On the third floor, you'll also find the second and third bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has a pyramid bunk bed (twin and full) with a twin trundle, both with televisions. There is a full bathroom located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom is on the fourth-floor loft and has a king-size bed, a sitting area, a private full bathroom, a large flat-screen television and access to the balcony. The fifth bedroom is located on the entry level and has a queen-sized bed, a smart television, and a detached full bathroom. All televisions are Smart TVs capable with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, Xfinity stream for basic cable channels. Linen package is included for all five bedrooms and bathrooms. Six facility passes provided, which include access to the gym, indoor, kiddie, and outdoor pools. Private beaches, island cafe and bar, fishing & crabbing pier, and other community amenities are available for use without facility passes. Additional passes are available for a fee at the Sunset Island clubhouse.



This property does not allow pets or smoking, however the owners have dogs that have been at the property. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.
