Welcome to Arctic Avenue House a spacious two-story four-bedroom house about 3 blocks from the beach. Amazing 3400 Sqf perfect for the family vacation. The house has first floor big living room that has a Queen sleeper sofa, with bedroom and a full bathroom, a nice laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Up the stairs is the lovely bright and remodel second floor with a beach'y living room decor, nice and open kitchen with Stainless steel appliances and corian counter top, dinning room . The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
This property offers a fully stocked remodeled kitchen . The living room on the second floor has two couches and beautiful beach decor. There is also a second living room on the first floor. There are four bedrooms and three bedrooms in this house. Each bedroom has its own smart TV as well as one in each living room and dining area. This home is freshly painted as well as new flooring throughout and newly decorated. There is also additional outside space with a second story balcony to enjoy after a day at the beach. This property also has the added convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.
This property has in located in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to a tot lot and tennis courts, Lombardis pizza, Liquid Assets and several other restaurants, Acme grocery store, and a coffee shop. With the great location and sleep capacity of 10 there is plenty of room for a great family vacation. Arctic Avenue is a special residential area where there cannot be more than four unrelated guests occupying the property.

Home away from home

Such a beautiful house big enough to fit my family of 10 including and infant and a dog more than comfortably. They could change a couple things for a better experience like more coffee mugs and some kid friendly plate settings, and making the beds before guest arrive with fitted sheets. Other wise we totally got our money worth. It was such a relaxing experience. And everything was in walking distance. Would totally stay here for the years to come and recommend anyone with a big family to stay here.
