Spaziosa casa con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 4 bagni, situata nel Seaside Village a West Ocean City. A pochi passi dagli outlet e molti ottimi ristoranti! Facile viaggio in autobus o in autobus per la famosa Ocean City Boardwalk. Grande piscina condominiale e centro fitness in stagione. Due camere familiari separate offrono molto spazio per soggiorni di grandi o più famiglie! Cani benvenuti!

Sebbene consentiamo una capienza massima di 14 persone, ci sono solo spazi per 11 in letti. Ci sono due divani e puoi portare materassi ad aria!

Primo piano: garage e ampia tana con divano letto e divano letto, bagno completo e TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD.

Secondo piano: camera familiare con TV / lettore DVD. Mezzo bagno. Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e grande tavolo da pranzo perfetto per grandi gruppi. Ponte al secondo piano con vista spazio all'aperto e laghetto con tavolo e sedie da bar.

Terzo piano: camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e letto king size con materasso memory foam. Bagno privato con ampia doccia. Tv a schermo piatto. Ponte al terzo piano fuori padrone con sedie Adirondack e splendide viste su OC. Seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e materasso memory foam. Tv a schermo piatto. La terza camera ha letti a castello. Doppio sul fondo e singolo in alto. Tv a schermo piatto. Secondo bagno completo con vasca. Lavatrice / asciugatrice a pieno carico di dimensioni standard situata in posizione comoda.

The house was great! Enough room for all of us (4 adult and one 17 year old). The location was great. We didn’t use the pool, we came for the beach. The only thing that I didn’t like was there was no blinds or curtains on the windows and deck door. At night everyone can see inside when the lights were on, no privacy. Besides that the house was clean, roomy, great for family gatherings.

Great stay at Ocean City City Maryland

Nice condo with 2 outside decks and patio. As described clean and cozy. Pool was easy accessible and kids loved it. Great communication with host. Thank you we will visit again next summer.

Convenient and Comfortable

Loved the location and the amenities. Plenty of space for the family to spread out with multiple gathering areas. Outdoor spaces were also great! Hosts were very accommodating.

Ideal location. Quiet and close to best of OCMD.

Host is very good to stay with. Home is clean and ideal location. Short distance to beach/boardwalk. Our group traveled daily Assateague Island. Excellent restaurant choices nearby. Walking distance to shopping. Absolutely a home we hope to stay at again.

Beach getaway

Great time with family

This was a great time in ocean city! We stayed at the same development last year but at a different property. This was hands down a better process overall. Great communication, the place was well cared for with good amenities. This is on our short list to check for our next OCMD stay.

Excellent Location & Great House

We stayed at this house this past week. The house is very nice and had everything we needed. It was great that this home was dog friendly. Our puppy was able to come with us and enjoy the beach for the first time. This was our first all family vacation in many years, and everyone enjoyed it. Jamie was great and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the house. Jamie, thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your beautiful home. We really appreciate it.

Beautiful Home, as Advertised, great host

Nothing could have went better. We had everything we needed in the rental. It was very clean when we entered. It was definitely as advertised. It was a beautiful home. It is also very nicely placed for a great OC experience. Shops, entertainment, food, gas station, etc. The owner was extremely nice and present when needed. He called us on the way in to ensure everything was fine, he took his time to help us with the keyless door. Everyone had a fantastic time abs enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We enjoyed the nice quiet neighborhood. The was a five star experience.

Excellent property

Looks just like the pictures. The first level of living was where our teenagers stayed. It was great because we could not hear them playing video games all night. 2nd floor was where we spent the most time on the deck. Beds were comfortable. 3rd floor laundry was a plus. Bring your own linens and toiletries. Grill available as well as beach supplies. Walking distance to anything food, shopping, movies. Far enough away from the beach to avoid the crowds but we walked there too.
