Spiacente, nessun animale Una spaziosa unità di 1680 piedi quadrati, decorata professionalmente, Tray Ceilings, con 3 camere da letto ben arredate e due grandi bagni completi. La camera da letto principale ha una bella vista sulla baia con una porta scorrevole e un grande bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio e ampia doccia spaziosa. L'altro grande bagno completo è fuori dal corridoio e collegato alla seconda camera da letto. Le dimensioni del letto includono 1 letto king size, 1 letto queen size, 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 letto singolo (una cuccetta a piramide) e un divano letto queen-size. Gli ospiti forniscono lenzuola e asciugamani. La cucina è culinaria pronta per coloro che amano cucinare! Ed è grande con un sacco di controsoffitto, una zona bar da pranzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un grande tavolo da pranzo. Il soggiorno dispone di 2 porte scorrevoli che offrono una splendida vista sulla baia, la vista sulla piscina e l'accesso a un balcone con vista sulla baia. Questo condominio ha anche una grande lavanderia e un deposito esterno sicuro per la vostra attrezzatura da spiaggia. Il proprietario include 4 sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, carrello da spiaggia e giocattoli. Nuovo per il 2019, 55 pollici Samsung UHD Smart TV. Il condominio di Eire è pronto WiFi! Outstanding

We will definitely be back. All the comforts of home. The place was clean, close to the ocean, boardwalk and shops. One thing I would change is checking in and checking out to far of drive to pick up key and drop off key. The place is is beautiful.

Perfect location

This beautiful, spacious property is within walking distance of so many great restaurants and bars, not to mention the beach and boardwalk. We only took the car out of the garage once during the entire week, otherwise we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The building is very well kept, this unit if well appointed and comfortable for all of us. We have already requested to reserve the unit for next summer!

Beautiful beach condo

This condo is exactly as pictured. Tastefully decorated in beach decor, spacious and not too far from the beach. The storage closest had lots of beach stuff already in it but the condo had enough room to store the stuff we brought. My only complaints would be that the shower could have been cleaned a little better but I did happen to bring my own cleaning supplies so that wasn’t a deal breaker. The floors also looked clean but if you didn’t have your shoes on the bottoms of your feet were black. We also had little brown ants in the kitchen which is a bother but those are all things I would expect at a beach condo and could easily be addressed. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect size for our family

This place was the perfect space for my family. My parents, my boyfriend and I, and my brother and sister in law all had beds. My niece slept in the loft above her parents. The place was decorated so cute. Kitchen is perfect size to make meals. We cook in a lot so it was perfect for us. My mom would also like to mention that the laundry room is great if you want to do laundry while on vacation, lol. You could bring a small rack to hang clothes on- there is like a small draft that dries your clothes pretty quickly in that room. Parking was easy and accessible. Walk to to the beach and boardwalk was perfect. We were just back far enough that it was quiet at night. The place itself was fairly clean- I just wouldn’t recommend walking around barefoot. Would probably rent this place again! Perfect for families!

Family Vacation

Property is just as described. It comfortably fit 2 adults and 4 older teenagers. The location is ideal. Teens could walk to the boardwalk no problem. And we sat on the balcony every morning and could watch the boats coming in and out of the bay. The pool is very small but does the job if you are looking to take a dip and cool off. Check in and Check out process was a breeze. A few things about the unit: the ice maker didn't seem to work in the freezer which was a pain because we had to go buy ice. It was supposed to have a beach cart which we were not able to locate in the storage unit. Not a huge deal but it would've been nice to have to lug stuff to the beach. Keurig seemed to malfunction/leak when we used it. Lastly, the cleanliness. It smelled like cleaning products when we walked in but kitchen counters were dirty, floors had food crumbs on them and were dirty, dishes were put away dirty and the bathrooms had the toilets seats up with the fancy papers on them like they were cleaned but had urine stains on the underside of the toilet seat which I wiped right off with a Clorox wipe...no scrubbing or anything needed. So in all the property/location was nice but for the money spent, I expected a clean unit.

Beautiful property

My family stayed for a lovely 7 days at the Bahia vista in OC. When we came in the property was just as described, it was open welcoming and we had a lovely little welcome gift for our stay. As we settled we did realize it didn’t seem as though the cleaning crew did much of the cleaning. We had thought it looked like the previous tenant had tidied up and the cleaning crew may have inspected and gave it a thumbs up, dishes were dirty and put away, counters were dirty with crumbs and food mess, floors had sand and pasta on them, one bathroom still had hair in the drain. so my family and I luckily had brought cleaning stuff and cleaned. We had to contact the building manager to get a broom, the cleaning crew had come back the following day (which was fine) and bleached the floor- with straight bleach. Stunk us out of the unit completely. We realized we just need to take care of things ourselves from there on out. That was the only disappointing thing about the stay, because it didn’t take the few of us long to do but you can’t check in until 3pm which seemed like a waste of a day and our vacation if we could have just cleaned ourselves and been settled, relaxed and started our vacation. The unit is on the bay and although it’s labeled as obstructed view you can see a lovely view of the bayside and sunset from the balcony and living room which is our favorite part. The neighbors are lovely, the neighborhood is beautiful, the pool is wonderful and even has a bathroom in the pool area! So helpful when you have young kids. The street was quiet, fishing is almost out your back door, very close to some amazing restaurants. My family and I have been going to OC for 18+ years, what I loved about this property is You’re off the boardwalk which is great, you’re away from the noise and yet so close to all the things you want to do. This is a great unit for a family & I do thank our Hosts.

Beautiful condo

Everything was great! The condo was clean and spacious. The pool is really small but wasn’t open, which would have been good to know before arrival as some condos pools were open.

Absolutely loved this place. Great location!

Condo looks just like the pictures. Clean and well kept. The laundry room is huge with a full size washer and dryer that cane in so handy! Also great for storing your suitcases or boxes you’ve brought things in! The kitchen was WELL stocked. The only thing we brought that wasn’t there was our crusher to make grapefruit crushes! There are plenty of dishes etc for 8 or more! The outdoor storage for beach stuff was also great! This location is easy walking to the boardwalk and beaches. There is a bike rack there as well. 9th Street fishing pier is less then 2 blocks away and my grandkids loved to take their poles down there. The pool was small but never crowded (and we were there white marlin open week). Everything is very clean and safe! We really enjoyed our stay and will return!
