Welcome to Barbados Sun 306, a bright and inviting 2-bedroom coastal condo designed for effortless comfort in North Ocean City. Step into the open-concept living area featuring an LG Smart TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating, with sliding doors that lead to a large private balcony. With a dining table for six and multiple balcony seating areas, it’s the perfect setup for morning coffee or evening meals outside.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and more—everything you need for a relaxed, home-style stay.
Both bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements and Smart TVs. The primary bedroom features a king bed, wall A/C unit, dresser, full-size mirror, ceiling fan, and closet. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, wall A/C unit, and Smart TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower sits off the hallway, and a stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located near the bedrooms.
From the moment you walk through the door, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we include a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge—everything you need to get settled in right away.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
