Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The location was fantastic, and the house itself was very clean upon arrival, which we greatly appreciated. The sheer size and space of the main living areas and most bedrooms were wonderful and comfortably accommodated our group.Areas for ImprovementWhile the space was great, there are a few things future guests should know:Appliances: The major kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, etc.) are quite outdated and appeared to be nearing the end of their lifespan. They functioned, but a refresh is definitely needed soon.Kitchen Inventory: The kitchen was lacking in basic essentials. We found very few, if any, usable pots and pans, which made cooking for a group challenging. This inventory needs to be significantly increased.Bedroom Layout: One of the bedrooms is very small and, due to its size, is likely only suitable for very young children. More importantly, its only entrance is through the adjoining bedroom's bathroom, which is an awkward and inconvenient layout.Management Communication NoteWe also experienced some frustration with the management company's communication process. It felt like an AI tool was being used to handle initial queries and policy reviews before a human agent could step in. This caused a headache when trying to clarify the check-in and check-out times, as the times listed on the VRBO booking differed significantly from the management company's standard policy.

Great Stay for Our Family During Country Call!We stayed here for the Country Call concert in Ocean City, and it was the perfect spot! The house is in a great neighborhood — tucked back enough to feel quiet and private, but still close to everything. There were plenty of big bedrooms, and most of them had their own bathrooms, which made it super convenient for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the whole place had a nice, homey feel. Overall, it was a really great stay, and my family had an amazing time. We’d definitely come back!

The location and size of the home was perfect. It was located in a beautiful community close to many popular amenities. The size and layout worked beautifully for our family. My only disappointment was the kitchen. All the cookware should be replaced. We made due with what was provided, but was below standard

Great and safe experience

The home was for the most part clean and was spacious which we enjoyed. The one bathroom shower (upstairs master) wouldn’t get warm unfortunately so some of us had cold showers but aside from that we felt very safe in the neighborhood, loved the outside view, the space, and overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend to another family or group.

Nice vacation house.

Family had a great time. Loved being by the bay watching the boats go by and grandkids loved fishing. Floors could have been cleaner and all the mattresses need to be replaced but a great house. We would definitely stay there again.

The dishes was not clean. The foods on on them and very wet. Not dry. Bedrooms were cleaned. I took the pictures of nail polished stained on rug and sofa in the living room. Inside the refrigerator both drawers (also pictured) were broken. I did not reported bcuz it was functional.

At first, this was a great house (location, amenities, etc). Until my father found bedbugs on his bed, and I found some on my daughters bed! We ran out to CVS for bedbug spray and spent precious vacay time spraying down all our stuff!

Find another house, anything would be better than this place!

I want to express how disappointed I am with the house that was provided to us for our mothers memorial service weekend for my family. To begin to say the customer service communication with Vacasa is abhorrent would be putting it mildly I emailed twice and texted twice to find out what type of coffee maker was in the house and I have still yet to receive a response, I'm now checked out of the place. From the beginning of the stay we had an issue with the front storm door. The front storm door wouldn't close, after we used the storm door opener at the bottom (Pic enclosed) to keep the door opened. The screen door remained open as we were unable to free the lock button. Right off the bat when we arrived and began to bring in our stuff. The HOT WATER (or lack of) was inconceivable as to how we were supposed to have hot water. Which for the most part, we didn't have. We read the instructions provided by the info email. The amount of water that was wasted in order to get the very limited hot water was despicable. To have to run water around others parts of the house to get the geothermal "endless hot water" was an absolute lie. We never had enough hot water on any day for more than 4 showers. We wasted 100s of gallons of water to wait for the hot water to never arrive. The kids couldn't bathe. It was without a doubt completely unacceptable and I will be reporting it to the city of Ocean City to let them know we were advised to run water around the house, waste water in order to kick in the endless hot water that never materialized. What a joke. We were miserable! The batteries for the Xfinity remote n the living room were dead. We had to switch the working batteries back and forth from the master bedroom remote to living room in order to change the channel. No spare batteries were located anywhere. The Master bedroom 1st floor bed was horrible. You couldn't be in the bed and move with creaking the whole mattress and waking up your spouse. 2 nights of misery in that bed. Not enough pillow cases for the smallest and flattest pillows I've ever encountered. The master 1st floor bathroom shower lever to turn from cold to hot (that never appeared) was hard to turn, I ended up breaking nail because it had no movement and finger caught because it didn't move. That was night one, we should have moved that night! I'm out of room to continue to list the issues, just pick a different house!
