This inviting home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and is thoughtfully designed to sleep up to 8 guests. The bright, spacious living room is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, with cozy seating and plenty of natural light.

Created with entertaining in mind, Bayside Tiki boasts a large front deck with a grill, tiki bar, and picnic table—ideal for outdoor meals and evening cocktails.

The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including cookware, utensils, and brand-new appliances. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Just off the kitchen is a cheerful game room—a fun space for kids and adults alike, complete with board games, puzzles, a multi-game arcade table, and Chexx bubble hockey.

All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include smart TVs, so you can easily stream your favorite shows and wind down comfortably each night.

We’ve got your beach days covered with beach chairs, a cooler, and other essentials. After the sun sets, rinse off in the private outdoor shower tucked away in the back.

The home includes private parking for 2 vehicles, with additional street parking available. At the end of the street, enjoy peaceful sunset bay views at a small park—a hidden gem perfect for a quiet evening stroll or a relaxing end to your day.

Guests will be provided with a code for the keyless entry of the home.

The Neighborhood:
Stay where the locals live! The Bayside Tiki house is nestled in the family friendly neighborhood of Caine Woods in North OC. Short walk to the beach (.6 miles). North Surf Park, Fiesta Park and and Northside Park (fireworks every Sunday) close by. End of 139th offers beautiful sunset views. Mini golf, Ice cream and many restaurants nearby.

Getting Around:
Easiest ways to get around town are to walk, drive, take the bus ($3 per day) or bike.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must be 25+ to rent

If using grille guests are responsible for refilling propane if needed.

Guests are expected to clean up after their pets and are responsible for bringing their own pet supplies (food, waste bags, etc).

$75 per dog per stay

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated

Early check-ins are not available June-August. Off season months depend upon availability and cannot be determined until the day of check in. We can not determine days prior to check in if housekeeping will have the unit ready earlier than 3pm.

LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. We provide enough TP (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll) and trash bags (1 bag in bin and 1 back up bag) to get you started. Please bring your own supply to last your stay. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
