Boasting partial ocean views from the front patio, free WiFi throughout for keeping up with friends back home, and access to warm sand within a few feet of the front door, this getaway will be hard to beat! When you have had your fill of sunshine and local attractions, make your way back to home base and play a favorite show on the flatscreen TV in the living room as the culinary-inclined guests whip up something tasty in the fully equipped kitchen. Not to mention, the dining table will be great for gathering for meals or game nights as the sun goes down. Don't forget to head out to your very own private balcony as well to sip a cocktail under the stars! Things to Know Free high-speed WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Vacation with a view!

Great place to stay! Beautiful condo suitable for a small family. All the amenities you need for making dinner and relaxing. Great view of the beach from the deck. Best of all, walking distance to the beach! Wife and kids loved it! Making it a yearly vaca spot!

Beach weekend

Property was clean and inviting. Close to the beach with good view of the surf. We had a relaxing time and since the weather was good, we didn't need to play the board games that were available eventhough it was a good selection. Also a bonus, walking distance to eateries and coffee spots.

Casa de Beach!

Third year in a row, maybe 4th at same location, and as always place is amazing. View from Balcony is amazing. The convenience to stores, restaurants, and most importantly the beach (50yrds away!) Is what makes this place such a jem! Never any issues getting into, and the off-street private parking is also a plus, especially during the summer! 11/10 would recommend! Will be back again next year.

Loved the view from atop the the 3rd floor balcony out to the Ocean with the double wide street . ( very rare in OC ) . The place is completely new inside we were the first renters in the Condo since it’s remodel . New floors , New paint , New beds , New furniture. Super clean and a great price for Ocean City Rentals during peak season . I will rent again !
