This is the perfect place to stay in Ocean City for all types of groups. My place is close to many local restaurants, bars, and businesses. It is about a 3-minute walk to the beach and/or boardwalk. With 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom, you'll have all the space you need. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups, and all others. It's a great place to stay at the beach and is close to everything that you want to do!
We are near the boardwalk and bay. The atmosphere is very safe and quiet around nighttime. There are countless restaurants, bars, and amusement parks near the area. The best thing about our property that keeps our customers returning is the fact that we are a short walk from the beach! Large 1 bedroom apartment with big living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, and pans allowing our guests to save their hard-earned dollars eating in. The living room is spacious and comes with a flat-screen TV and 1 pullout sofa. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and one bunk bed double single. The apartment also includes one full bathroom, one parking and wifi. Guests must climb one flight of exterior stairs to enter the apartment. The apartment has a private entrance for the guests.
The area is very safe, as well as very close to the bay and the boardwalk. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby for your convenience. The neighborhood is very safe, located between two avenues, where a lot of stores are located. A minute from the apartments, a local bus stop is located where buses run throughout the day and night to transport people around Ocean City.
The office will be located on 12 Street, at the Wilmington Terrace Units. There, on 12th Street, the guests will receive their keys and will make their payment for the stay. Pets are welcome upon request. There is A $25 fee per pet night applied. Guests under 25 must pay a $50 security deposit, per person. This will be completely refunded if the place is left clean and there are no damages to the apartment. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards, money orders, cashiers check, or cash at arrival. Extra guest is 20$ per night. Please note, that guests must bring their own towels, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and top sheets. We provide pillows, pillowcases, blankets, mattress covers, and fitted sheets.
