Goditi queste 3 camere da letto splendidamente decorate, 3 bagni completi, una lussuosa residenza con vista sull'oceano e un garage per 2 auto. Situato sul lato dell'oceano, in una posizione privilegiata nel centro cittadino, vicino alla 16th St, a solo 1 isolato dalla spiaggia e BOARDWALK. Goditi quel Starbuck in AM dall'altra parte della strada, o prendi i nostri incrociatori per bici da spiaggia per un giro in anticipo sul Boardwalk; o meglio ancora, usa il nostro pacchetto di attrezzatura da spiaggia per ottenere un vantaggio sulla spiaggia; il nostro posto è dotato di tutto ciò di cui tu e la tua famiglia avete bisogno per una vacanza perfetta!

Questa casa a schiera è stata recentemente costruita nel 2014 e ha tutti i comfort moderni, un'enorme cucina gourmet con bancone in granito ed elettrodomestici SS, TV a schermo piatto in ogni stanza, Xbox, via cavo, wifi gratuito, arredamento selezionato professionalmente sono solo alcuni dei pochi punti salienti. La casa si trova a breve distanza da alcuni dei migliori ristoranti di Ocean City (Fager's Island, Dead Freddy's, Phillip's and Bonfire All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet e Dough Roller), bar, negozi, porto turistico, sport acquatici, noleggio barche, mini-golf e bowling. Il night club Secrets si trova nelle vicinanze. È completamente attrezzato con lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore e aria centrale. Al secondo piano, si può godere di un ampio piano piano che comprende una cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e piano in granito; una sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a tutte e 13 le persone; un soggiorno con mobili di alta gamma tra cui un divano letto matrimoniale (2 posti letto) e un sistema di intrattenimento di cui tutta la famiglia può godere. Al 3 ° piano troverete 3 camere da letto molto spaziose. La camera da letto principale offre un letto king size con doppio estraibile estraibile (3 posti letto) e un bagno privato con doppio lavabo e doccia. This is a great place to stay. Well appointed and clean. Very conveniently located to the boardwalk and restaurants. This is the second year we’ve stayed here because we liked it so much the first time. Will probably be back again next year.

The property was overall nice, all the bedrooms were on the same floor. However, a major inconvenience was not knowing until 2 days before the stay that bedding and only minimal toiletries/cleaning products would be provided. If bedding is needed, there was an undisclosed up-charge to rent bedding/sheet set from the property. This up charge was disclosed in the instructions for arrival. The comforter that the property did have out on one of the beds was stained, there was rusting on the showers, dust and other stains on the living room area. Personally, I felt like not explicitly staring that bedding was not included in the initial description was false advertising. It was also disappointing to know that the comforter that was there was gross and stained. Im not certain they were even washed prior to my arrival because of the expectation for us to rent or use our own bedding.Although the property layout was nice, the beach and CVS are in walking distance I would not recommend staying here due to concerns for cleanliness and late notice about the bedding issue. That was a major inconvenience as someone who is visiting from out of state as it didn’t allow time for me to pack or set aside money for renting bedding Accordingly. .

The property was very nice, my complaints would be, there were too many stairs, stairs to enter the unit, stairs to enter the kitchen, and all the bedrooms were upstairs. My suggestion would be to add safety carpet on the center of the stairs going into the kitchen. They were very slippery. I would also suggest that you get side bed steps to help get on the bed in the master suite, because the bed was so high off the floor. One more thing it would be nice if you were to add tissue boxes in the bathrooms, it would definitely make it more convenient. But overall everyone had a good time, and if you don't mind steps book, book, book your stay.

Great little place close to the beach. The townhouse is two story. There were plenty of beds and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, plates and mugs. The view from the balcony gives you the ability to see the boardwalk and beach. The owners were very quick and easy to work with in regards to questions I had about the TV. Overall, great place for a family vacation!

We had visitors in town from Arizona and Vancouver and we did a quick Fall trip to Ocean City. These were wonderful accommodations and housed our party of 8 very comfortably. We were just a block from the boardwalk, making it a tremendously convenient location. There were also restaurants and a CVS across the street. Would definitely recommend.

The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, bars and stores. The unit was clean and decor was nicely updated. Beds slept great. No issues with garage or door codes. I would certainly stay there again. My family enjoyed the unit as well.

When we arrived we noticed the listing said no linens are provided for the stay. After reviewing the listing, it was noted that linens are available to rent but it was too late so we ended up having to go to a store down the street to get beach towels to use to shower. We obviously take fault in not realizing linens weren’t automatically provided but also frustrating when you’re paying for a place to stay with a host fee and a cleaning fee and there are not even sheets or pillowcases, hand towels, etc. (of note, you could rent the linens for $20/person). We ended up sleeping on top of the covers, used the blankets that were thankfully provided, and using our clothes as pillows since clearly they don’t do laundry if no linens are provided. Aside from the linen situation, the house wasn’t cleaned very well. There were dead bugs in the corner of the stairs, stains on the beds, dirty shower heads, and mold on the ceilings. On a positive note: The view was great! Direct view of the ocean from the balcony. The house is cute and set up well. It fit the 6 adults comfortably but I don’t think it would be comfortable with any more people. Although more could sleep downstairs in the living room. There were 3 rooms with a king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed with a full and twin. Property was easy to access and conveniently has a garage in which the owner was very nice in allowing us to leave our car there after checkout while we got food on the boardwalk. We truly appreciated that

My son and his friends spent their senior week at this property and they loved it! It was just as pictured, close to everything and met all their expectations. I communicated with the owners regularly before and during their stay and they were always very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this home.

We loved this townhome! It was very clean, very nicely appointed, and we had no issues. It’s also very conveniently located to Starbucks, CVS and several restaurants. I recommend Papi’s Tacos (a 2 minute walk) or Coastal Salt (16th St at The Boardwalk). The ocean view is a bit limited but you can hear it well and tell how big the waves are. There was some noise next door due to the ongoing construction but we were gone all day so weren’t bothered by it. The house is pretty well insulated. There are a lot of sleeping spaces and it was nice to have separate bathrooms. All in all a wonderful week.
