    The Space:

    Located in the beachfront Pyramid community, this charming coastal condo offers amazing ocean views from its third-floor balcony. Whip up breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen, updated with a full suite of appliances and ample cookware. A table in the dining area seats the group for meals. Spend sunny days between the heated oceanfront pool and the sparkling shoreline, located just steps from your door. Situated on the north end of town, enjoy being able to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Unwind in the evenings with movie nights on the smart TV in the ocean-view living area. A half bath adds convenience. Added perks include cable, central air-conditioning, and a shared outdoor shower.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.

    Third-floor condo with elevator access.

    Streaming with own accounts available.

    Smoking is strictly prohibited.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great Vacation

This condo was well maintained, roomy, and had all the essentials for a comfortable vacation. The view and beach access were the highlights for my family.

Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property but our first time in 3F. I would definitely book this unit again! Clean, quiet, plenty of amenities and the balcony view was spectacular! We felt right at home and comfortable here. The building in general is well maintained and clean, including the pool area, and we also feel secure staying here.

Pleasantly surprised

Nice unit, spacious, quiet aside from the AC/washer/dishwasher being noisy during use. Comfortable and clean!

Exceeded our expectations!

For last ten years we visited OC, we never stayed in clean place and updated apartment as this apartment, also owner provided towel and bedding sheets cleaned that you can actually use, I highly recommend this place! We will go back for sure.

Great location and views

This condo was clean and well equipped with great views. The location is good and we didn’t have to fight for a spot on the beach like at some of the other high rise condos. Beds were comfy and we liked having the extra bathroom to get ready. The master bath was spacious and we were able to spread out our toiletries.

Very Nice.

This house is very nice, the beds are very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needs to cook a meal. The only down fall is the a/c unit is directly outside the bedroom window - it is very loud when kicking on so if you are a light sleeper that may be an issue. The view was amazing!

The 3f Condo Is a wonderful well maintained, clean and completely stocked place. my thanks to the staff, building and owner for taking pride in this Condo, I can tell the upkeep is taken personally and professionally. I had a great stay no surprises and enjoyed the building as well. Paul

Tasteful and Comfortable

The owner did a wonderful job decorating the condo. Many of the details are high end with quality bedding (I even ordered the exact same bed pillows because I loved them so much!). The decor was tasteful and well-selected. The kitchen was stocked with all the right stuff and the Corelle was just the right choice for lightweight plates and bowls. We especially enjoyed the oversized balcony and sitting in the lounge chairs listening to the ocean waves and watching the sun rose over the Atlantic Ocean.

Beautiful condo on the beach. The only complaint I have is the floor throughout the apartment was filthy. Walking barefoot made our feet black. We had to wear flip flops at all times.

Our Vacation

We have been coming twice a year for 10 years. We have always rented a different condo . In May they jacked their prices sky high . We shopped around and found the condo at Pyramid. Best choice we’ve ever made. This place is very clean and quiet! The staff are very friendly , polite and helpful. To say we love it is an understatement. The only thing I could say needs to change is the blinds need to be fixed. They take away the privacy . Other than that this place is perfect. We will continue to rent it .
