    The Space:

    This tenth-floor condo has ocean and bay views for miles! Start each day admiring the water from your private, furnished balcony high above beautiful Ocean City and end it by watching the Coastal Highway lights twinkle at night. When you’re ready to explore, many shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions are within walking distance. You’re only steps away from the beach, with access to an outdoor shower station and umbrella/beach chair rental. Abundant on-site amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a game room, and basketball courts. At the condo itself, natural light streams through the double French doors. Prepare your favorite meal in the full kitchen, and then grab a bite together at the large dining table. Relax in the central air-conditioning after a fun day out and stream the latest release or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free high-speed WiFi. Call it a night in one of two well-appointed bedrooms, with another perfect beach day in store for tomorrow. In the 2nd bedroom the bunk bed has been replaced with a brand new full bed for your comfort. QUAY CONDOMINIUM AMENITIES -Heated outdoor pool with a view -Heated indoor pool -Game room with arcade games, pool tables, air hockey table, Ping-Pong table, and vending machine -Basketball courts -Tennis court -Library -Beach access -On-site sandwich shop and convenience store (seasonal) -Elevator -24/7 security THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is currently closed to complete renovations. Plans are to re-open April 1st, 2026 Streaming services are available with guest accounts. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee of $75.00 to be paid at the building for 1 vehicle. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

A great spot!

We loved this condo! A great, quick spot for two adults and two kids 8 and under! We loved how easy it was to explore the beach and pool — parking on site was quick and easy each time. Grocery stores are near by and condo staff were very helpful and friendly!

Great location and cozy place. Parking lot was a little odd at first but the light the get out was amazing during busy times. Access to beach and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall, our experience with our condo was solid. The rooms were all large and had plenty of room for our family of 4. One upgrade I would like to see would be improved bedding as all mattresses were very hard. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for family getaway!

This condo is clean, comfortable and has all of the amenities that you need for a family vacation. The game rooms and heated outdoor pool are a great bonus. The best part is the location. Just steps from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Management team was quick to respond to a couple of minor issues. This was our first time in OC and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic property

We had such a great experience for this trip. The unit was very clean, the staff at the Quay were helpful, and the location is amazing. Check in was a little confusing since you pick up the keys at a different location but it wasn’t too far from the property. We loved it and will definitely be back!
