THINGS TO KNOW
Highpoint South charges $50 per week or $20 per day from May 15-October 15 for parking. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice expansive balcony, with the ocean in site from all parts. Enjoyed relaxing outside every day between walks on the beach just steps away. If there was a downside to the apartment, it would be the bedding. Maybe just our needs, but tried every bed but just little support, very soft. That said, layout was nice, plenty of room to work in the kitchen, and although not new, was comfortable and a good size for us. Thank you.

This was a second choice pick due to Legionellas reported at our 1st booking. Would not stay at this unit again due to the below information: Overall, it was fine...the main bathroom could use some work, there are so many inexpensive things that would make significant improvement - like the industrial style bath rug which felt gross, more towels, hand soap, and a hair dryer. The tub is dangerous due to the big step in and out and should have a grab bar. The was significant dust on both bathroom vents that simple cleaning would fix, guests are breathing the circulated dust. Lastly, check in time is 4:00 as is most places, but if the room is available why would the owner deny earlier check in, I think that is poor customer service.

Loved it!

My husband and I really enjoyed the condo. Fabulous ocean view from a huge balcony! Spacious layout. We’ve never stayed that far up past 77th Street but loved the location. Convenient and relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Dated Property

We stayed here for a weekend in the off-season. The condo is very dated and the pictures make it look much better. There was sand all over the floor, the tub had rust stains and was cracking, the curtains had stains on them, the baseboard heater was pulling away from the wall, some of the outlets were not screwed into the walls. The access to the beach through the pool deck was locked so we had to walk around the property to get beach access. The one good thing was the view and the deck.
