    Welcome to Beachwalk 20, a timeless coastal retreat blending Old Ocean City cottage charm with modern comfort. Part of a small four-story townhome community built in the 1960s, Beachwalk 20 sits just steps from the sand between 67th and 68th Streets. Each home is uniquely angled to showcase beach views, and this one offers the perfect balance of nostalgia and convenience.



    Spread across four levels, the home features three bedrooms plus a loft sleeping area (four sleeping rooms total) and 2.5 baths plus a private outdoor shower. From family meals on the balcony to sunsets on the rooftop deck, every space is designed for relaxation and togetherness.



    The main level includes a queen bedroom with ensuite bath and patio access leading to the sand courtyard and pool. Upstairs, the living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV with cable and streaming. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: a refrigerator with automatic ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, and complete cookware and dining sets for families. The dining area and rear deck overlook the pool and beach.



    On the third floor, the king primary bedroom opens to a private deck with Adirondack chairs and ocean views. Another bedroom with two double beds shares a hall bath. The fourth-floor loft provides two twin beds and direct access to the rooftop deck with bar-height dining and panoramic views of the Atlantic.



    The home offers Wi-Fi, five TVs with cable and Roku streaming, board games, books, beach toys, and a private washer and dryer. Guests also enjoy the community pool, sand courtyard, and a boardwalk path that leads straight to the beach.



    From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay. The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.



    All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



    If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



    After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes.



    All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



    Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



    Beachwalk Community Note: This property is part of the Beachwalk Association, which maintains a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Towels or clothing may not be hung from balconies, trash must be secured inside bins for pickup, and noise ordinances must be observed at all times. Failure to comply may result in fines or removal without refund.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.



    Each property has its own set of house rules. Please review these carefully before booking, as completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them. Failure to comply with house rules may result in fines or removal from the property without refund.
