Welcome to your cozy retreat located in downtown Ocean City! This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo, conveniently located on the ground level, invites you to experience the best of beachside living. Minimum age to book: 18

Fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming atmosphere for socializing and relaxation. The unit has a designated area of pool, professionally serviced each day for your enjoyment. The pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day weekend.

Ocean City beach and boardwalk are just a short 7-10-minute walk away. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere, explore the nearby Jolly Rogers, indulge in delicious meals at local restaurants, or partake in the lively nightlife all within easy reach.

For your convenience, the condo comes with one assigned parking space, ensuring stress-free access to your accommodation. Street parking is also available for additional flexibility.

Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival

To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, please note that this unit is non-smoking and pet-free. With sleeping accommodation for up to 6 guests, it's an ideal spot for families or small groups seeking a delightful coastal experience.

I have been coming to OC for over 50 years. We've stayed everywhere. This place was very much what you'd want for a beach vacation.

This place is a dump and the door does not lock!!

First of all, this place was a dump ! Second, the freakin door did not lock. We told John M. and he said it can’t be fixed unless he buys a new door?? Buy a freakin new door ! It was musty smelling and had a unclean pool. We got a bag of towels and sheets for the beds. We had to make the beds?? I will never rent from that POS ever again. Didn’t even get into condo till almost 4 pm and we were allowed to be in by 3. John M told us we could even get in early but when we tried to contact him, he never got back to us. We called VRBO bc we were getting worried not hearing from him. Do you know what he told us, he lost his phone??? What ??? I am so freakin mad at him and that dump of a property. I have contacted him now at least 4 times to get some kind of refund from him and tell him he needs to step it up in that place, but he refuses to take my calls or answer my texts!! We had to buy our own toilet paper, there was no A/C in the bedroom, no freakin curtains, no accommodations whatsoever!! He should be banned from VRBO. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM THIS MAN!!! Good luck dealing with him !! I am really dissatisfied and a few years ago, we rented a house on the bay and it was PERFECT THUR VRBO. ALLYSON AND MARK HEFFERON RENTED THE PLACE ALONG WITH MY OTHER DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND AND EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME !! Please get in contact with John and tell him he needs to start stepping up his game !! and start renting better places !! That makes you people not look good either. I’m done my rant but still pissed !!
